- This broad-based degree gives students a comprehensive understanding of business concepts and models with specialist knowledge of economics. Studying economics provides a greater awareness of, and ability to engage with, the economic, social, and political world that impacts all lives. It is a subject that helps to appreciate and work better within the wider environment. This course includes an optional work placement year, at no extra cost.
