Academic Qualification

• A Levels: AAA including Maths or Computer Science; AAB with A in EPQ also considered. 
• T Levels: Not accepted.
• GCSE: Minimum 4/C in English and Mathematics.
• Subject Requirements: "Pass" required in practical endorsement for science A Levels.
• BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate: Certificate Distinction* in any subject + AA at A Level (including Maths/CS).
• BTEC Level 3 Diploma: Distinction* Distinction in any subject + A at A Level (including Maths/CS).
• BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma: DDD* + A Level Maths/CS. If no A Level Maths, GCSE Maths Grade A (7) required.
• International Baccalaureate (IB): 36 overall, with 5 in Higher Level Maths or Computer Science.
• Irish Leaving Certificate: H1, H1, H2, H2, H2, H2, including H2 in Higher Maths/CS. Minimum H6 in Higher English or O3 in Ordinary English & Maths.
• Scottish Higher/Advanced: Higher Equivalent to A Levels.
• Welsh Baccalaureate: Grade A alongside AA at A Level (including Maths/CS).
• Cambridge Pre-U D3: Principal Subject = A Level A; M2 = A Level B. Global Perspectives & Short Courses not accepted.
• Access Course: 45 Level 3 credits at Distinction, with 15 in Maths or CS. GCSE English & Maths at C/4 required.

International Qualifications

• Indian applicants must meet UK entry requirements; if not, a Foundation Certificate from the University of Liverpool International College guarantees admission.

Country Specific Requirement (India)

• Standard XII (CBSE/CISCE): 75% or above required.
• Standard XII (State Board): 80% or above (Accepted State Boards only; Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh,Uttarakhand & NIOS not accepted).
• Mathematics Requirement: Must have studied Mathematics or Computer Science in XII.
• Medium of Instruction Education must be completed in English.

• Pearson PTE Academic: 59 overall, no component below 59.
• LanguageCert Academic: 65 overall, no skill below 60.
• Cambridge IGCSE First Language English 0500: Grade C overall, minimum Grade 2 in Speaking & Listening (must be separately endorsed on the certificate).
• Cambridge IGCSE First Language English 0990: Grade 4 overall, Merit in Speaking & Listening.
• Cambridge IGCSE Second Language English 0510/0511: 0510: Grade C overall, minimum Grade 2 in Speaking (must be separately endorsed). 0511: Grade C overall.
• Cambridge IGCSE Second Language English 0993/0991: 0993: Grade 5 overall, minimum Grade 2 in Speaking (must be separately endorsed). 0991: Grade 5 overall.
• International Baccalaureate (IB): English A: Literature or Language & Literature Grade 4 at Standard Level or Grade 4 at Higher Level.
