• hold a degree from a UK university, or equivalent academic qualification from a comparable non-UK institution. If you studied for your undergraduate degree at a non-UK institution we'll need a copy of your degree transcript. Professional qualifications will also be considered.
• be at least 24 years of age.
• have a minimum of three years' full-time postgraduate experience where the management of people and resources has played a significant role

An official academic transcript, with an official English translation of your university grades.

• For State and Central Universities a minimum of 60% for programmes requiring a 2.2 degree. For Private and Deemed Universities a minimum of 65% for programmes requiring a 2.2 degree. 

• A minimum of a 2:2 UK honours degree, or a recognised equivalent international qualification.
• You must also have at least three years postgraduate experience in a managerial role to apply.
