Academic Requirements:

A 2:1 honors degree in relevant subject area such as physics, Maths, Engineering, physical science, astronomy etc.
Official transcripts of all the previous school, college or universities attended
Relevant professional experience as evidenced by a reference

English Language Requirements:

IELTS: 6.5 overall minimum with 5.5 in each subskill
TOEFL IBT: minimum 90 overall with 17 in writing, 17 in listening, 18 in reading, 20 in speaking
PTE Academic: 62 minimum overall with 59 in all communicative skills

Indian Student Specific Requirements:

Average of 78-81% in top 4 subjects (not including physical education) in Senior Secondary Examination (Std XII)

Join Cardiff University!

Likes:

Cardiff University is known for it's program in Astrophysics, so it was my first choice to do so. null
The professors are very good, they are always open to meeting you even after office hours. They are friendly and help in guiding you. The place to stay is very good, everything is walkable distance and so you don't have to spend a lot of money on travel. null

Dislikes:

The campus is quiet scattered, so the campus you are supposed to go to might actually be very far away from your accommodation. The food sold in the canteen of the university is quite expensive when compared with the food outside. The class hours are very scattered, by having one or two classes in a day during the afternoon. null

Course Curriculum

It is very good, the group project started with a little bit of community building and then later we get allotted our micro-projects based on the degree we've chosen.
