Academic Qualifications

- Undergraduate Degree: A bachelor degree with a 2:1 (hons) or international equivalent in psychology.

- Indian Students: Typically, a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% from a recognized institution. 

English Language Proficiency - IELTS.: Minimum score of 6.5 overall, with no less than 6.0 in each component.
- TOEFL: Minimum score of 88 overall, no less than 19 in listening, 20 in reading, 22 in speaking and 21 in writing.
- PTE Academic: Minimum score of 64 overall, with no less than 60 in each component.
- Indian students will need standard XII English at 70% or 75% depending on state board, or IELTS 6.5 overall, GCSE English C or 4 or an equivalent qualification.
Application Form - Complete the online application form through University of Leeds’s application portal.
Supporting Documents - Transcripts: Official academic transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended.
- Degree Certificates: Copies of undergraduate degree certificates.
- CV/Resume: Updated curriculum vitae or resume detailing educational background and relevant experience.
- Personal Statement: A statement outlining academic interests, career goals, and reasons for choosing the program.
- References: Typically two referees: academic or professional references.
Application Fee -There is no application fee.
Interview (if required) - Some applicants may be invited for an interview, either in person or online.

- Student Visa Application:

  • Indian students must apply for a UK Student Visa after receiving an offer of admission.
