The university accepts international applicants who have the proper academic qualification and fulfill other entry level requirements such as a certain average grade-point, appropriate language skills and other special admission requirements for specific programs, if any.

Admission Requirements

International students need to fulfill the requirements and submit the documents which are listed below:

• A completed application
• Academic transcripts of undergraduate degree(s) showing the modules studied and marks obtained overall and in each module.
• Certified translations of transcripts (to English; if required)
• GPA/final grade from previous degree studies
• Proof of graduation or copy of degree certificate
• Personal statement
• English proficiency test scores
• 2 academic or employer references
• Other documents or requirements (if any) specific to a particular programme

Note: The above mentioned documents must be included in the admission application by uploading them as attachments.

English Proficiency Test Scores

Indian students applying for UG or PG program at Loughborough University London should have completed their education with English as the medium of Instruction. Furthermore, they must have scored at least 75% (80% in state boards) in English in Class XII.

Applicants who do not satisfy this requirement have to appear for English language Proficiency exam and obtain the minimum score mentioned below:

Note: Till October 4, the university is accepting following tests as well:

• TOEFL-iBT (Home Edition): Minimum overall score of 92 with sectional score above 22.
• LanguageCert: Written + Oral Test C1- High Pass

UK Student Visa

Students need a statement by the Loughborough University London CAS (Confirmation of Study Acceptance) to apply for a visa in the UK. It provides information about the unique CAS number, the program, the duration of the course, the tuition fee, and the acceptance of admission documents. The declaration of CAS is sent by e-mail to the applicant.

The CAS declaration allows candidates to apply online for a student or Tier 4 visa three months before the program's start date. The following documents to be submitted during a visa application:

• A Valid Passport
• Evidence of financial aid
• University of Loughborough, London CAS number 14-digit sponsor license sponsor
• Academic and certified documents listing on the CAS of the candidate
• Photograph Evidence of the consent of the parent or legal guardian (if below 18)
• Evidence of the parent or guardian relationship (if below 18)
• Results of the Tuberculosis test (if applicable)
• Additional documents under circumstances
