The program gives you an understanding of the development of working life science and the challenges it faces during digitization and globalization. Working life science includes social and psychological processes in the workplace and of conditions and opportunities in working life over time - from the perspective of the individual, workplace, organization and society. The importance of work for human development, well-being and health is central to the education.You study work life science in the light of the broader health and welfare area. Issues that involve equality and participation, professional knowledge and development, as well as creativity and innovation are in focus. You also develop your understanding of leadership, groups and organizations as well as evidence-based practice and evaluation. The program is given in English and you are studying the courses in health and welfare together with students from other master's programs and postgraduate programs. The program is two-year but can be completed after one year with a master's degree. It is also possible to read the program at half-speed.
