Remarks

Positive points 1- great facilities are available and ofcourse great clinics 2- non teaching staffs are also good Negative points 1- lacks infrastructure 2- no classes and we striked for getting classes 3- doesn’t provided any instruments which we pays 25000/ annum

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course is tough as you have lots of clinical works and you have to study a lot, lot of text books also The exam structure is that it has 4 1/2 year total with exam conducted annually in which the total score is 70 out of which you have to earn 50 % for posing the exam. There is also internal marks which is based on tests conducted on the class, based on your record submission etc.

Placement Experience

1

Placements are based on your mark which you can submit either to join a dental clinic or any other hospitals Yes the college provides internship for students according to commission of entrance examination (cee) in which 20% of students get reduced fee that is in our college we have 100 students out of which 20 will get scholarship. For BPL (below poverty line) students they have to spend only 23000 per annum , which is for 7% and 13% is for top rank students who have to pay 44,000 per annum additional to this minority community gets 25,000 per annum from government also students belonging to sc, st ,oec doesnt have to pay any fees as government pays out also they get stipend for hostels or for transportation accordingly to their need

College Events

2

In our college there is annual day sports meet, Apart from the display of talents, one can also witness the inclination towards creating a better society in the stage shows performed by students. The event also includes a devoted period of time for felicitating the go-getters and best performers of the college top rankers of university There will be dance songs fashion show mine performed by students

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is feasible as a student who get admission through entrance commission have to pay 290000. With extra they have to pay for library them instruments for clinical purposes then the college also collect 25000 per annum for instruments which they don’t provide. During my first year we people striked for getting the instruments which they have as which would cost 3000 { which we paid 25000/ annum). Later years we didn’t got any instruments also. And for top ranked students and for BPL CARD students they have stipend

Fees and Financial Aid

In case of scholarship 20% of students get reduced fee that is in our college we have 100 students out of which 20 will get scholarship. For BPL (below poverty line) students they have to spend only 23000 per annum , which is for 7% and 13% is for top rank students who have to pay 44,000 per annum additional to this minority community gets 25,000 per annum from government also students belonging to sc, st ,oec doesnt have to pay any fees as government pays out also they get stipend for hostels or for transportation accordingly to their need. Also there is scholarship which you can check on https://scholarships.gov.in/

Campus Life

1

We have no enta curricular activities in sports meet we go to various colleges for performing. There are labs as dental students labs are there for various purposes like cleaning prosthodontics conservatory dentistry for surgery community dentistry and so on

Alumni/Alumna

Yeah senior student helps you for your clinical work your preclinical work. But i haven’t seen any alumni network there or any contribution from them in our college. In my college mist of the seniors are very helpful we can ask them concerns regarding important question asked on exams and so on

Admission

After passing from higher studies with a minimum mark of 50% in physics, biology, chemistry (you should be a science student) you have to attend an entrance exam which was earlier KEAM now its NEET after that you get allotment to successive colleges according to your rank in the entrance

Faculty

4

Great experienced doctors and the Hod’s are also great champs who are retired from government dental colleges. For each subject there are two to three trained facilities. Most of the facilities have there master degree that is mds

Course Curriculum Overview:

We can be the reason for someone's confident smile is the reason for my decision to choose this course. Prosthodontology is the specific aspect of this curriculum that influenced me. If the student go strict to the curriculum that will definitely reflect in the real world. this makes the student more confident in the career. The available teaching methods are good enough. As i mentioned each level has its own toughness. if we stick on to the curriculum, and the path paved by the facilities the difficulty level will be much lower

No one tells you the dark side of the course or even if they do little do we understand..this course is never as expected..it requires a lot of patience, and strength to hold on yourself when the whole campus is against you and you have to work as a one man army. it's just powerpoint presentation and reading it aloud in class and it's done...it we who have to work. There are 2-3 internal exam but none of these marks are considered for the last University exam...it's all what we score for the final exam..there's another model exam then lots of small tests

These aspects influenced my decision to chose this course. Areas for improvement -For first year separate the papers for biochemistry and physiology is important. In the first yr, we have 4subjects anatomy physiology biochemistry, and dental anatomy&oral histology. All the faculty are very supportive. Qualified teachers have their methods of teaching. They conduct lots of class tests as well as model exams which are very helpful for the students to write university exams confidently.
