My Experience in Engineering College

Best infrastructure, good faculty, great library, good transport facility. Only negative thing is placements and less job opportunities. Also the fee should be same for all general category students. They told every student different fee structure.

My College is Affiliated to RGPV, Bhopal, exam pattern and course curriculum are decided by RGPV University. There are total of 8 exams, 1 in each semester and also practical exams. There are also mid semester test conducted by college.

This is the place where my college lacks, there are less placements or job opportunities. College's Training And placement officer was not able to get good MNCs in college, mostly are local companies, and non technical. My college don't provide internship.

There is annual Tech Fest is celebrated, where students from different colleges participate in it with their Projects Of their respective Engineering Stream. And the students with best project get the prizes. Also there is a cultural event held once in two Years named "Rubaru"

Fee structure is neither feasible nor expensive. Also there is Scholarship for students from different cast. But if a student is from general category, then you have to pay full fee, without any consession.

No scholarship provided by College. But Goverment Scholarship is provided, if you have a valid Caste Certificate, then caste based scholarship will be provided. No loan is provided by college. But you can pay fee per semester or per year.

There are numerous sports activities happened in my college, like Inter College Cricket Tournament. Very good labs for all Engineering streams. My college also have an Apple Lab. Recently a Gaming Competition is also held in my college.

Yes, the senior students are very helpful, also there is no problems like ragging, I studied in this college for 4 years. After completing Education from college, they ask you to fill an Alumni form, so that they have all the information about seniors students.

I got the admission through counciling. I submitted my JEE Main Exam Marks, based on which I got Computer Science Stream. It took me only 1 day to finish admission process. After few days you just have to go for document verification.

Not great, but good faculty, very helpful and most of them guide you very well. Especially the faculty of computer science stream are good. They focus more on practical. I don't know much about other stream faculty.
