Course Curriculum Overview
In this time everyone is choosing computer science stream,the number of students in this stream is 600+ the competition is very high. I think thoroughly And choose Mechanical stream current in this branch has approx 30 students in 2026-26. The competition will be less than others and Mechanical branch students got confirm placement apportunity in there is no active backlog. This things influence me. And also I have my own interest in this branch.
Placement Experience
From 7-8 semester the students are eligible for campus placements. TCS and many other companies visits here for placement apportunity. Highest package -42LPA Average package-7LPA My plan's after getting the degree will to prepare for government job

Campus Life
Agrasita annual festival, SSIPMT got talent, many government visits , Independence day, Republic day , Navonmesh,and many hackathon events held here. Many students runs NSS,NCC, TOASTMASTERS and cultural events. Many industrial visits happens here. Facilities like projectors in every class, computer lab facilities are available.
Admission
Before this I have applied to government college so I got confirm admission in GEC Ambikapur but due lagging in facilities I don't take admission in that college after that I have no other options So I choose SSIPMT over other colleges.
Faculty
Some teachers have a very good behaviour towards students and some don't. Overall teacher and faculty behaviour is good. I like the faculty - Manish RK Sahu Sir and Akash Jain Sir, teachers teachers behaves very good towards students. I don't like the faculty - Jitendra Verma Sir because of rude behaviour towards students and other faculties
Night Life
Gym is available here. Canteen has very good food availablity. Library has enough book's and sufficient area to study. Campus timing is 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Sports club is available in the campus and game's equipments are available in the sports room like carrom, table tennis,chess seperate vollyball court is available in the campus.
