Well if I have to say anything about the college, I must say it is a good college. Which is rising in every aspect day by day.

Entrance Preview

I didn't opt for any entrance exam. I got direct admission to college in the form of a management quota. As during the examinations.

Course Curriculum Overview

It was supposed to be very difficult but after some sort of preparation. I was able to understand the concepts easily. As it is the study of B.tech, so we have to study well.

Internships Opportunities

Well, it is working on the internship plan and the recent maximum. Stipend offered was Rs 1200000 per month. And it was from Think and Learn company, which has to deal with BYJU's App.

Placement Experience

The placement and job opportunities are increasing day by day. The Placement staff is working on the process of the placement and trying to tie up with mnc's the wellness of the future of students.

The college keeps the students updated by displaying the notice on the notice board regarding the scholarships. These scholarships Helped a lot of needy students.

All the things are very good and especially the infrastructure. the infrastructure is just awesome. It has a wide range of labs. Very good library. The playgrounds are also part of it.

Alumni/Alumna

All the seniors were very good friends of mine. They shared all their experience with me and made me able to understand a lot of concepts. They were my guide throughout their session and were very eager to help.

Placement Experience:

Only skilled or quality are able to get placed. Usually onwards 6th or 7 th semester, students can be eligible depending on the performances. I can do a job if I like to work there. If not, I will do more internships to get hands on experience.

Placement Experience:

Placements are really great of our college as its avg pakage is of 11 lac from computer related branches. Girls are eligible in second year for inters and for boys its generally from 3rd year because of the reservations.

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

Placement Experience:

The student become eligible for campus placements from 5th semester. The companies visited per year are approximately 200. They claim 100% placements but in reality they divide students into placement and non- placement batches called tpp and ntpp. If you slip up even once, you will be debarred from the tpp group. The highest package is 53 LPA. The average package is 4.5 LPA. Companies like JP Morgan, TCS, Capgemini, PlaySimple, Cognizant, Nokia, Philips, Morgan Stanley, PWC, KPMG, EPAM, Watchguard, High radius, OYO, Coding Ninjas, Samsung, etc have already came. More companies are yet to come. Since the student intake is too much, placements are really hard to get since there is too much competition. In the end, people get hired in mass recruitment companies and get minimum pay of 3-4 lpa. My plans are apply for off-campus jobs and start working in corporate after the degree. If I don't get a job, I haven't decided what I will do next.

A GLANCE TO MY COLLEGE

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding and math were the subject that influenced me to take this course we are introduced to python and c / c ++ which are the major languages used in the society for AI/ML. Teachers should be more friendly and try to undertsand the students's prospective also and not rush the syllabus we have our exams every regular month (STs and evaluations and end terms)
