Course Curriculum Overview

3

No issue for attendace thats what influenced me to join for bcom. not even bcom for every degree you dont need attendance just keep track of assignments. curriculum is useless no mistake of college its the syllabus of mumbai university. Teachers can be more sophisticated. 2 exams in a year are conducted and are very easy to pass out for a normal student.

Internships Opportunities

1

there are some local offices which provides for internship. the college is not that good so no expectation for campus placements, projects are just for name sake everyone copy others just copy paste them and submit.

Fees and Financial Aid

During 11th, 12th my fees was 18000 and 15000 respectively beacuse I opted for IT subject. Tution fees is very nominal around 200 but other unecessary fees is more. After 12th i.e. for FY, SY, TY the fees is minimal for Bcom, but for other degrees its higher around 5000-7000 more than Bcom. For reserved castes the fees is very minimal close to half of that of open category. Compulsory unwanted charge is for gym which is like a kitchen size small. There is no financial aid by the college. If pursuing any professional courses then this is the college you need, just need to keep track on assignments and exams. No need to worry about attendance. For an average student the kt fees is also minimal. Teaching is good, teachers are supportive. Crowd is very bad, only some are decent. Office staff in not good. There is parking facility for two-wheelers and no parking for four-wheelers. You need very minimum passing percentage to avail admission, which is good for average students. Washrooms are bad for boys. Canteen facility is there.

Campus Life

3

There are various events held which are unnecessary . because of there events many lectures get cancelled. Many social events are held as other colleges. Library is good if you need your syllabus books but at a time only 1 can be borrowed. reading room is available to study. newspapers and magazines are available in library. for it a good computer classroom is available. for sports only NCC can be considered otherwise nothing is held. social groups are just waste of time.

Admission

i applied in birla college i got confirmation from there but due to attendance issue i continued in agrawal. Admission process is easy but there is only 1 staff alloted to attend all fees related requirements. During admission a long line is formed. Other colleges are also average.

Faculty

2

Faculties are supportive. Some are very childish in behaviour , I remebered 2 professors direspectedly texted other on college whatsapp group. Best faculties are Amit sir and other one is of accounts. Exams are in regular intervals like other colleges. 2 exams in a year. student failing ratio is very much higher as i speified before crowd is bad.

Night Life

2

Gym is very bad. theres a good badminton court . a small ground no hostel. a good size of campus, a canteen is available. college is very small there are no places to hangout . some cafe nearby can be accessible. its not a safe place to roam outside during night especially for girls.

Other Applied Colleges

K. M. Agrawal College of Arts, Commerce and Science | Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com]

Its a good college in case you want to pursue any professional course along with your college degree, college will support in this. Teaching is good, but crowd is worst. There are some social events in case you wanna participate in events. Office staff in

The placement is the best in its segment. It ranges from 5-6 lakhs all the way upto 21-23 lakhs as per recent placement report of the college. The placement cell helps a lot in getting the placement for the students of the last sem that is 6th sem in most of the courses. Almost 30% students gets placed every year in various profiles like product management, investment banking, private equity, sales, marketing, etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm a CS student, I have started this course as medium for my graduation for doing college. i barely go to college as being focused on my other course. But as far as I've seen the faculties must improve some aspects of the curriculum and have a great relationship with students, when the student is unable to speak in any internals the faculties must not only listen but sometimes correct them with a little push which might help them and complete there work
