Aditya College of Engineering

Our college is NAAC B+ accredited and affiliated to JNTUK University, Kakinada. Also Our college is having Technical Hub which is a subsidiary providing training in more than 30 technologies with industry professionals.

Computer Science & Engineering and the subjects present in this course are quite agreeable and are close to industrial requirements and for every three years the regulation changes and so the subjects or syllabus are also included and removed. Although there is still a gap between industry and the college curriculum.

Placements are abundant in our college and yes the college do bring companies for campus recruitment and i also got placed in one of the companies that have came to our college for recruitment and no internship is provided in college as of now.

Various events are conducted in the college and one of the biggest events is colors which is celebrated in January post new year and tech fest like veda is also celebrated every year and hostel students farewell party is also part of the events conducted in the college and some events will be organised exclusively for the hostel students.

The fee structure is feasible in government quota and the management quota fee structure varies but not so expensive but it depends on the marks the student got in the intermediate education. It depends.

Scholarships are given to students every year based on their academic performance. Students who are getting 9.0 and above will get 20,000/- scholarship and 8.5 and above will get 10,000/- and 8.0 and above will get 5,000/- as of now.

The labs are well equipped with computers with LAN connections and decent internet. Each lab having almost 70 computers. Extra curricular activities like sports are managed by the physical department where various games and tournaments are conducted every year with other colleges within the district and training is also provided on the candidate's interest.

The hostels are well equipped with facilities like wifi, gym, library, mess, canteen. Hostel food is average and the cleanliness is another nice factor and hostels are covered in cc tv surveillance and under security guards surveillance 24×7. Separate hostels for boys and girls at different locations inside the campus.

Senior students are very helpful. We often get suggestions through their interview or placement experiences. People who are doing project and preparation for placements often get help from the seniors.

I have given the entrance exam "EAMCET" and based on the rank, I have applied to this college through counseling and got a convenor seat in this college i.e government quota. The entrance exam rank should be within the limit of college admission intake rank in order to apply to this college through counseling otherwise one can choose management quota directly by coming to the college.

Faculties in our college have completed their M.Tech and some of them are Ph.D. holders and their teaching from my experience is depends upon person but not their qualification. Some are good and some are doing average in their teaching.
