The college have strong infrastructure and campus environment. MVGRCE became autonomous in 2015
classrooms and teaching styles are must be praised
students enjoy on active, vibrant campus life, with technical workshops, sports events, and clubs likes NCC,NSS etc..

Dislikes

limited frequency of cultural fests with a desire for more active club engagement
Exams are described as moderately tough.

Course Curriculum Overview

This autonoy allows for industy-relevant topics like AI, ML, Data science, IoT to be integrated into courses. the curriculum is well structured, with theory supported by lab work, porjects and industial visits

MVGRCE has a very strong placements record, especially for CSE, IT, ECE, and MECHANICAL branches. some top rectuiers include Core companies- Hyndai, Ashok Leyland, Tech Mahindra. The college has a dedicated Training & placement cell for students. regular training in Aptitude, soft skills, coding

Fees and Financial Aid

for B.tech students admitted through AP EAMCET 74000rs per year(covered by the government fee reimbursement scheme if the student secures a good rank and is eligible for the scheme). For sstudents under management quota fee varies depending on the branch 1lakh to 2lakh per year. Social welfare/BC/Sc/ST scholarships: provided by government of andra pradesh based on caste category and parental inconme.Transport charges slightly increase year by year(about 5 to 10%) depending on fuel costs and institutional decisions

Campus Life

MVGRCE has large range of accessibilty to books and journals . The college has large library which is dediacted for large number of books and journals which helps to student. The college has clubs like Singing club, Art club, Tech clubetc..

Admission

MVGECE has autonomous status since 2015 and NAAC 'A' grade accredited. Compared to other colleges I applied to GMRIT is also reputed but farther away in Rajam with slightly less exposure to companies.

Faculty

The faculty is well qualified and experienced with balance of academic theory and real-world application through seminars. MVGECE is an autonomous institution with undergraduate B.Tech programs and also offers M.Tech

Night Life

Placement Experience:

3rd year onwards you can apply for internships and placements too I suppose . Almost all of the students get placed but I'm not sure of the average package for now . Some companies that crosses my mind is PayPal, fidelity etc.

Student Frustration Vent

Placement Experience:

My college unfortunately uses fake placements posters when they claim above 500 to 600 jobs but the reality is only 300 to 400 got jobs out of 1000 students in the final year as per claim of the senior who told me graduated this 2025. highest package was 7 lpa but they put fake 24 lpa in posters trying to fool us. The average package is nearly 4 LPA. My plans after degree is simple get a job and continue doing it.

Fantastic college experience & growth

Placement Experience:

Mostly placements are eligible for the 7th semester students now we are currently in 5th semester . If we have interest we are also eligible for the placement drive. Most of the companies were visited like AVK tech solutions, TCS, WIPRO and other companies as well, highest package is approximately 25 lpa catalog company and average package is approximately 5 lpa . Percentage of placements mostly 70 percent, my plans after getting the degree to get a job

my wonderfull experience in mvgr college campus

Placement Experience:

Fantastic college experience & growth

Actually i was not interested to join this college, i have interest in computer science engineering,i got admissions in some universities but i got other groups so i quited that universities .But when i saw the friendly nature with peaceful environment in the college decided to confirm my admission . Admissions process is based on eapcet rank .on my first councelling i got my confirmed admission and some payment seats available . I have applied for AU, JNTU-GV, MVGR, & ANITS. I have heard that MVGR has good infrastructure structure and facilities. My friend suggested me the college. Didn't make it to other colleges as I haven't qualified for the colleges in the EAPCET. In MVGR, the accepted exam is AP EAPCET and is the only entrance examination accepted.
