Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen electrical engineering as it has good scope in government job as well as placements in my college. In electrical engineering after graduation I can prepare for exams like SSC JE and RRB JE.
Internships Opportunities
The college offers various internship in 2nd year and third year of college in which student get deep knowledge and work ethics . This internship is of around 45 days in the month of June and July.In Some internships student get monthly stipend.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure of the institute is quite affordable .There are two types of seats in the college gas and sfs ,the gas seats are government funded and subsidized, the total fees structure for a gas seat is around 50,000 for a year. The fees for ST SC student or a girls student in gas seats is around 38,500.
Campus Life
Every year the institute conducts sports week known as khelo MBM in which various teams are formed for various games in each departments and they compete against each other in sports like cricket Kabaddi chess volleyball etc.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel fees is affordable and the hostel rooms are big in size ,they are triple seated in first year and double seated for 2nd year. The total hostel fees for a year is around 12 000. the quality and taste of mess food is average not so good.
Admission
During josa counselling I got NIT Agartala production engineering so I choose MBM University electrical engineering over it because it is good in terms of placements. I got this college through reap counselling in which merit is decided on the basis of jee percentile.
Faculty
The faculty members and staff members are experienced and have deep knowledge in their respective field of studies. In every sem 2 mid term examinations of 10 marks each are conducted and an same examination of 70 marks is conducted.
Night Life
I have chosen the college hostel in 1st year that closes around 10:00 p.m. in night. Around this time the nearby market ,shops and food stalls are closed also. The night life in jodhpur is average . You can order food online at your hostel room through Swiggy or zomato.
