Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course curriculum is good only. Some useful subjects are there and also some subjects are not useful. They need to remove the subjects from the curriculum or replace with the new subjects which are very useful. The curriculum prepares for real-world applications and practical knowledge also but it needs to improve it. The specific areas for improvements in the course curriculum is remove Non-core subjects in the first year it is not much useful in this current digital arena and also improve the new teaching methods like practical learning not only class room learning. Teach not only the concepts. Teach about real world examples and how the subject is useful in your career and for the society. The frequency of exams is okay. Every week weekend exam is there and also 3 mid-exams are there in one semester But they need to change the midexams pattern because they give GATE questions in the mid exam. It is okay. But student randomly answer the question without knowing her. It is difficult to understand the student capability. Change the pattern of the exam to theory questions only.

Internships Opportunities

3

I got my internship in a company called Alightechs. My role is Internship Trainee. It is a 6 months unpaid internship. It is provided by the college only. Some people got unpaid and paid internships in other companies on their own. My project is E-Commerce. I developed a platform used to deliver the items through online.

Placement Experience

3

From Fourth year First semester students are eligible for placements based on percentage and backlogs. Many companies visite like TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Wipro and many more Mid-level companies and startups too. They made 150 offers in total. Highest package from TCS Digital is INR 6 Lakhs per annum. Average package from TCS Ninja and other companies is INR 3 laksh per annum. Total 50% of the students placed in the companies. My plans after getting the degree is to get a public sector job.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition Fees: First Year: 200000 Second Year: 200000 Third Year: 200000 Fourth Year: 200000 Total: 800000 Admission Fee: 10000 My Batchmates' fees: Category: concession based on EAMCET rank First Year: 100000 Second Year: 100000 Third year: 100000 Fourth year: 100000 Concessions based on EAMCET, VSAT, JEE MAINS, and IPE also. Some people has scholarships and fees reimbursement scheme also.

Campus Life

3

Our college has a annual festival called Vignan Mahotsav which is the very big festival in my college. It is celebrate grandly like dances, wrap walks and shows, dramas, singing and many more events are there. It is held once in a year. The other techincal festivals are Srujanankura, VCODE. It is held every once in semester. Freshers party is there as usual and Farewell is there after completing the graduation. The range and accessibility of books and journals in the library are very huge only like in thousands of books are there. The facilities and technological provisions within the classrooms are projectors are there and some class rooms are air conditioners. There are a various of sports are there in the campus like Cricket ground is there, Basket ball, Volley ball, Badmintion and Indoor games like chess, carroms and many more. The extracurricular activities offered in the campus are NSS, NCC, Singing, drawing competitions and many more. The student run social groups like SAC(Student Activity Council) and in events students participate voluntarily.

Admission

I applied to KLU, Guntur also.I got a confirmation for admission in that college. But I choose this college because public transporation facility is very good and also I can easily go to the college at any time. I didn't get any rejections from college I applied. The admission process of my college is initial counselling is there in that they will tell about admission procedure and all. After that they will allocate the people for the admissions they will do the process. The eligibilty for the admission based on VSAT, EAMCET and JEE MAINS and IPE exams also. Most student write VSAT and get admission in that. Cutoffs VSAT:70 %. EAMCET: Based on Rank JEE: MAINS: Based on Rank My overall admission experience is good only. It will take almost one day to compelte the admission process. First they will take your details and after that pay the fees in the bank. Next submit the receipt to the admission department. Then your admission process is completed.

Faculty

3

Faculty to student ratio: 1:10 Faculty to student realtionship is okay, Student can go to the faculty at any time and clear doubts and get any additional knowledge also. I like Sudheer sir. He is a very goof faculty. He teaches not only subject. He teach about general concepts and knowledge in the society relevant to subject. I like Rama Krishna Sir. He is also a very good faculty. His teaching approach is very good. Because he write neatly on board and explain the topics. He teaching is perfect and planned. I didn't like Victor paul sir. Because his teaching approach is not good. I didn't understand what he is teaching and he teaches difficulty. I am unable to understand the topics teached by him. Total 3 Mid exams, 7 weekend exams, and One final exam is there. Weekend exam is somewhat is easy becuase just prepare the topics teached in that week only. About mid eam it is some what tough to clear the exam. Last one, the final exam, it is hard to clear the exam. You must prepare prior to that if you want to clear that exam. Total 30 percent of the students failed to clear the exam due to lack of knowledge and preparation. The course curriculum is some what relevant. But need to make some changes in the curriculum.

Interview Experience

3

No. We don't have any Group Discussion/Interview/Written Test for the admission. I got the admission directly. I got the admission directly by attending the counselling session and pay the admission fee.

Night Life

3

My college has no gym for day scholars. It is available only for hostelers only. There are no public areas in my college. Campus timings are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There is no hangout places inside or outside the college. The locality is very safe to roam around at night.

Yes the placements are good in my college but for the students who study well , the collge almost have 5k students strength in final years it not possible to give all the students high paying jobs since the companies who pay higher recruit less students , But most of students are being placed but for low packages In the end of 3rd year the placements are started and most important thing is students are categorised by their CGPA so maintaining 9+ Cgpa is very important for high paying jobs There are almost more than 100 companies which visit our college and i dont the exact numbers , The highest package obtained by our college student is 80 lpa

Placement Experience:

You can't expect any on-campus jobs here, the placement levels are very low. Only start-ups and local companies visit here however you can try different off-campus jobs. The highest off-campus package is 12 LPA and here the percentage of placements is too low as it is a tier 3 college. So I recommend if you choose your career or expect a high package, then this will be not for you.
