First i went to 2 to 3 colleges in kanpur that are PSIT, AXIS college, KIT and then my college which is Dr. Virendra Swarup Institute of Computer Studies the reason to visit these colleges it to compare the fees structure and and all other things like palcement support, library and all other factors. And when i compared the fee structure of my college with the other colleges it was less as compared to others my college fees was 150000 for 3 years and rest are like 200000, 250000 and 300000. and in my college first we have to clear the kanpur university paper then we can take admission and the cutoff for this paper is 60% and your overall academic percentage should not be less than 50%. I did not received any rejection from any colleges i rejected the colleges because of lack of amenities and outdated curriculum and when i comapred my college with others it has all updated curriculam with good labs and libraries which was not good there in other colleges i visited....Read More

I went to the PSIT for the same course but i Choose the VSICS only because the fees is low comare to PSIT , The education quality is also good and the timing of the collge is too less so thee is no wastege of time even the Placement of BCA batch is too good compare to the PSIT. For the Admission first we need to go for the counselling session after the counselling we get to know about the eligibilty that there should be atleast 60% in Intermediate with maths when the all process was done we need to connect with the administrative office for the fees submission according to the fees slab which is depende in the intermediate score...Read More

I chose this college because this college is very near from my home. Fee structure of this college is also very nice and affordable for my parents to afford. BCA placement of my college is the best in the city and this college was also recommended to me from my elder cousins and friends so that why I chose this college. If I compare my college to PSIT which is best in the city that is also in Kanpur I will say that my college is better in the BCA department as the placement of BCA in my college very good PSIT is great for the students who want to pursue B.TECH. Before applying to this college I applied for BA LLB from DU (Delhi University). But I could not go there because at that time it was needed for me to remain at my home because of some problems as I told previously. Admission process of my college is very clear and easy, you have to just show your 10th and 12th Marks and after that you have to give a simple test after which college management will tell you whether you have secured a seat or not. I got admission in Dr. VSICS with the help of my brother. There are various colleges in our sight namely Allenhouse to (from where my brother graduated) but I chose Dr. VSICS because it had an affordable fee structure and it was really near my home and had good placement opportunities along with great class timing. Like Allenhouse and Axis students, leave home around 8.30 in the morning and return around 6.30 in the evening whereas I leave at 8.00 and return at 12.30 (normally) The admission process is based on the 12th grades and limited seats are available.
