Likes
- The campus is small and beautiful.Beside the campus boundary there is Bank of holy river the ganga and the sandhya aarti at Saturday's and Sunday is full of spiritual energy which keeps you motivated towards positive steps.
- There is no restriction on going outside from campus for both boys and girls.
- The professor's are good, helpful and supportive.
Dislikes
- The metro is on going which makes traffic jam.
- Road is not good due to on going metro work
- Ground is not very big in NIT patna campus.
Course Curriculum Overview
The courses are more relevant and important. In five yrs i can do btech and mtech which usually takes 6 yrs to complete this course. The lab is very good and have good equipment. The semester should be more long but here it completed in 4 months
Internships Opportunities
Amazon is recently give a student ppo and 21 lakhs package.the students is from ece department. The flipkart is also given a ppo of 20 lakhs .the project is based on data analytics that helps in understanding market.
Placement Experience
The average package of all courses is around 8 lakhs. But in ee average package is 9 lakhs and highest is 30 lakhs . Student will eligible after 3 rd yr and take ppo . The company thet visit regularly is amazon , Flipkart, Google,hpcl ,mahendra ,Tata etc The placement percentage of Ee 2025 is 93%
Fees and Financial Aid
I paid 94000 thousand at the time of admission including hostel feesand .After that there is 42500 for each semester including hostel fees for ews students.My fees is paid through DRCC loan which is available for bihar students.It is a state government scheme for education of ug and pg student up to 4 lacs
Campus Life
There is annual fest which is called as corona melange which is held regularly. The library has every book which helpful in Btech mtech study and there is option if you not find your book you can give application and after one week the book is available.
Hostel Facilities
In room there is a fan ,a bed and a study table provided by college. The meal is good , sometime it becomes worse . Menu is regularly changing.The registration for mess and hostel is very simple at the time admission there is form you have to fill. If you take pg it can charge you 6000.
Admission
I choose this college because I want to pursue EE and with my rank Nit patna I got. The one reason is also that college is close to my Home Town .i applied for Nit jamshedpur but there I can get mechanical only . You can take admission via jeemains .
Faculty
The faculty students rati is good around 35 :1.In each semester there is two exams and two viva for weighage ratio 4:1. During exam sitting arrangement come 1 hour before exam and there is no chances of cheating.
Night Life
College not allowed students after 10 O'clock. So there is no chances of nightout. The gym facilities is good . The favourite roaming place is gangaghat . Environment is safe the police is regularly monitored the area.
