Remarks

The remark about my college is positive from me because of my experience from it. The overall department in the college is amazing from sports to study everything is excellent. And it's excellence is maintained by those senior students who treat the fresher's like a student.

Placement Experience

Till now, I don't have an idea about the job opportunities and internships in the college but I think it is also going to be good at this college. I had also heard about the college that it provides a good facility for job opportunities and internships.

College Events

Since there are both Tamil and Malayalam students in the college, each festival of both states is given equal importance. Onam, Pongal, Christmas, Vijayadashami etc are given at most importance. other than this there will be Inter-college fest and Intra college fest.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure in Nehru arts and science college is not much high I think, compared with other colleges nearby for us it is Rs. 19000 for odd semesters and Rs 15000 for even semesters but during the midway of the course there are a lot of other fees will be collected according to the need.

Fees and Financial Aid

Students will be trained to the best and maximum efficiency is ensured by the college placement cell. A year-long training is given to the students from placement cell, starting from the basic lessons of communication itself.

Admission

My friend suggested me this college. When I came for the first time, I was surprised by its infrastructure and the nature of all faculty members. Teachers of the respective department gave an orientation of their departments. The first impression made to join here I am very happy about that.

Course Curriculum Overview:

One of the southern indian most famous chemical company is there in our circle and other chemicals companies are there. other then this reason I like the chemistry subject and exciting to learn. In our chemistry department teacher give good preparation for the semester exams. My point of view the exams are easy to write excepting only few subjects.

After 6 semester the students are eligible for all the core and it placements. For us the core companies are Capgemini tech pub(32), sopra steria(5) and boeing . The highest package is 8lpa and average is 5 lpa Out of 100 55 students are getting placed each year. I got placement in Capgemini and I am working on Capgemini.

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.
