A new Age college review

Course curriculum is very relevant for industry they teach python html css javascript pandas react etc in 1st year itself and also makes us work on real projects to get hands on experience . Teaching methods are also good.

There are good internship opportunities present at the college a lot of companies are here on thir portal to provide summer internships , a dedicated team is there to help students to get internship a lot of students have got internship in 1st year.

Year wise fees is approx 300000 rs tuition fees for the course is 312000 and hostel and mess fees is 172000 and upskilling fees is 100000 for other categories also fees is same but ypu may get scholarship on tuition fees like merit cum need or women in tech scholarship.

Campus life is not to great its boring and dull there is not much to do in campus , there are no sports facilities turfs are booked on weekend but they are only for a specified time and has limited slots only also club involvement is negligible we get very less support for cultural activities , Infra is poor there is no library or auditorium for us we are only constrained to 1 floor in a building.

Hostel facility is ok rooms are ok there are no other facilities at hostel, meals are also ok not bad but some thing's quality needs to be better like chapati its mostly served very raw , although the mess somewhat has bvetter food than most of the hostels also its quite expensive for the amenities it offers .

I was not able to get admissions in good colleges like IITs or NITs and newton school of technology's curriculum looked more promisig then other private colleges Thats why i chose this college For admission i gave NSAT followed by personal interview.

Faculty members are industry experts and highly educated also they are very young and hhave great knowledge of their feild although not all of them are equally good. We have deepak sir (ICPC world finalist ) , Gaurav sir , Krushn sir , Rishabh sir - these are the main faculties and they are very good. in nst weekly graded contest are held every friday and then we have mid sem and end sem exams. difficulty level is mostly moderate to hard.

I faced a written test called NSAT newton scholastic aptitude test followed by a personal interview. I prepared through the material they provided online , criteria was to get above 75 percent ion class 12 board exams in PCM.

There is no nightlife in college and there is a in time in hostel of 10 Pm you can not even road around campous or even in hostel garden after 10 you have to be locked in a building also if ypu are hungary you can not order something as you are not allowed to move out , outside college also there isnt much to do as college is much away from main city.
