Course Curriculum Overview

the bcom curriculam of this college provide a solid foundation in key areas such as accounting , economics, business law and taxation which were the major factor influencing my decision to choose this course exams were held twice a year with a fair level of difficulty.

Placement Experience

5

Students become eligible for campus placements starting from their 3rd semester. Over the past few years, companies like Kotak Bank, Microsoft, Toyota Automobiles, and TCS have Visited For recruitment. The highest package offered was around Rs. 18 lakh in terms of placement percentage, around 50-60 present students get placement through campus recruitment

Campus Life

5

Annual fest "Vishwajosh" is usually held in November, which includes cultural performances, competition,n and guest lectures The college library is well equipped The campuses provide sports facilities for cricket, football, basketball, and volleyball.

Admission

I chose this college for my B.Com course after considering several other colleges. admission Process of this college involved an offline application followed by document verification. There is no entrance exam. The overall admission experience was smooth, and the college communicated promptly throughout the process

Faculty

5

faculty I Appreciated 1. Prof. Poonam Jadhav (Costing, taxation) She explained Difficult Costing and Taxation concepts in A simple, step-by-step manner. Her notes were precise and extremely useful during exams. I liked her clear expectations and disciplined approach to learning 2. Netu Solankhi (Business Law) She made Business Law Relatable By Using Real examples, her Passion For The subject, and her Ability To engage students made her classes Enjoyable. Exams Were Held Twice A week (semester System) On average, 10-15 percent of students failed or had to retake exams due to the challenging nature of subjects like accounting andeconomicsc

Night Life

5

While the college doesn't have a vibrant nightlife scene like large cities, there are still plenty of options for students to unwind after a busy day of classes. The campuses tend to become quieter in the evening, with most of the academic buildings and the library closing by 6 PM

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very good on paper. University has given like 8 subjects from which we have to choose 5. But this college itself chooses 5 subjects and students now have to learn only them ... Like in 3rd year sem 5 there was subject international finance I wanted to study that because baf course is all about finance but the college had subject management. So yeah be prepared for this. My colleges reputation is not that great because other city students come too. So for about teaching it's average

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is recommended for the students who want to pursue a career in the finance field or if someone who is looking to a course like CFA, this bachelors degree becomes handy. This course teaches you about the financial spectrum of the whole world and gives you an intricate understanding about different financial instruments and their relevance in the society. It teaches one of the most sought after skills in today's world, that is financial literacy. Still I think some of the subjects introduced under the NEP are completely irrelevant such as EVS and IKS. We as college students need to give quality time on some professional subjects, not that these subjects are not important but they need to be emphasised in the early classes. There are three internal exams of 10 marks each and 20 minutes for each paper. The end sem exam is of 30 marks for minor subjects and 60 marks for major subjects. Also I feel that the difficulty level is okay.
