True review by a college student.

The curriculum of the course is designed by the Chaudhary Charan Singh University(CCS), Meerut. In my view, the course is typically old-fashioned and includes theoretical knowledge only. The course does not make us industry-ready. However, our college tries its best to give us industry exposure by organising an industrial visit once per semester. In my view, the course can be updated and can include some practicality.

By 5 semester, students are eligible for campus placements. Our college offers average placements to students. The average package comes around 4.5 lakhs/annum. However, the highest was 8 lakhs given by a Saudi Arabian firm. The lowest was 2.5 lakhs/annum. The companies that visit our campus for placement are like TechMahindra, Ola, Zomato, HDFC Bank, etc. However, basic managerial posts are offered by the firms.

The total yearly fees of the course is 67000, which is the same for all three graduation years. The breakdown of the fees is 56000 is tution fees, 4500 is for the book bank(every year), and 6500 is miscellaneous fees(every year). Apart from this, at the time of admission, there is a registration form fee of 1500(one time) and a fee of 8000(one time) for uniform, and a basic college accessories kit.

Each year mega freshers' party is organised in which only 1st and 2nd year students are invited. The college also organises fests or programs at each festival. Students actively participate in those events. Moreover, there are, on average, 2 fests organised each semester. The students enjoy a lot in these fests. The college also organises fests for parents. However, there is no such active society or club in our club.

The admission process was absolutely easy. The thing that pulled me towards this college was that this was really No. 1 college for BBA & BCA in Meerut. The second reason for taking admission was its distance from my home. My home is very near to the college, which was very easy to cover.

The faculty is mostly holding docterate degree in their specializations. The faculty is very supportive. The teacher whom I liked the most is Miss Paromita. She teaches us Business Communication in Semester 2. The reason for liking the teacher is that she is very friendly in nature, and she is hands-on in her subject. Exams are in a semestral pattern. The main Semestral exams are conducted once per semester by the CCS University(under which our college is registered) and apart of the main exams, our college organises 2 times mock tests of each subject for better preparation of students.

No, the admission was on a direct basis. No interview, no group discussion, and no written test were conducted for the interview. Only you have to submit all your documents with all the necessary fees.

The accommodation is only in the main IIMT building, which is somewhere 5 km away from the college campus. The college also does not provide any transport convince for hostellers, they have to travel on their own. The infrastructure of the hostel is kind of average. As I have heard, the food in the mess is also hygienic and tasty. There is no such good place to explore around our college. But in the radius of 10 km, there are good options to explore.
