Course Curriculum Overview

3

I joined this course because I like automobile engineering and what to learn about it but in this course that subject can be learnt by only few students it's unfair as its a important subject that every mechanical engineering should learn and that should be teached to everyone

Internships Opportunities

3

There present only two companies that gave use internship for our mechanical Branch and even our college provide internship As I don't know because I didn't participate till now as I will participate next month. And they even say to apply for online interships

Placement Experience

3

After 6th semester students and eligible for the campus during the 7th semester companies start coming. Every year the number of companies changes. Tcs is the main company that takes many students from core and software side and average is 3.6lacks and highest is 15 lacks per year and the highest package is 24lacks per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I pay 140000 per year my fellow friends pay 70000. In this 10000 is building fund all the the other fees like tution fee,lab fee, development fee and other fees for college are included in the above mentioned fee. As I'm category B student so my fee is little higher

Campus Life

3

There are two festivals per year one is technically other is annual fest that is conducted in the March month and other few small technically fests and conduct per branch. Many author books are available in the library but only few per author as it is difficult if someone takes that book to there home for sometime. The sports curriculars happens but there are always indoor sports curriculars regularly

Admission

I only aimed for mechanical engineering course because I'm interested in it so I didn't choose any other course or other colleges so there is no rejection from anyone so this my only chose for my b.tech

Faculty

3

The student to faculty ratio is good. Few of the faculty that I like is Vamsi Krishna sir,Our HOD sir and few other facilities there is not like that any facilities I like as there are a little difficult to speak to them. As per the exams two mid two internals and 1 lab external and 1 sem per semester and few exams are tough and few are easy

Night Life

3

Gym is good but old equipment Canteen is good but only good in the tiffins Library is good and there are department libraries Campus is from morning 8:30am to everyone 6:00pn Hangout places are like cinema theatre is the main and some small hotels

From 4th year we train for placements ,and from second year itself we start doing internships , mostly we do internships on our own without college support. Placements are mostly given to those students who have above 70% and no backlogs.most of the try to join in companies and few might continue their studies for Mtech.

Placement Experience:

The placements used to be great and one who was worthy and put in the work could easily secure the job ,but in 2025 there is a huge shift in the paradigm of jobs thanks to emergence of AI thus placements are no longer a given ,you have to be both lucky and skillfull to get accepted, also most companies tend to brush off students with less than 70 percent cgpa for their offering so keeping cgpa above 70 is recommended.

Course Curriculum Overview:

According to my college curriculum, it is very very waste for real world applicationss, and practical things. It is not suitable for industry vision or aim. I wanna suggest to you that the course curriculum must fill the gap between industry and students.
