Course Curriculum Overview
Most of the syllabus is theoretical and some of its parts are practical. According to me syllabus is not placement oriented. Students have to study on their own to get placed. College arranges a boot camp for special skills like CPP and all. Seniors also support in learning skills by placing boot camps in events and fests.
Internships Opportunities
Most of the internship are got through online apply and most of them are new startups. Here, students are working on many projects like supra, uni food hub, uni hub. Most students preparr for gate and gate internship through gate ranks.
Placement Experience
I am from computer science and engineering department in this college and from third semester students become eligible for the campus placements for internship and from 4th year of the college of B.Tech program student get able for placement drive. Company is like Wipro TCS and of Campus Google have hide the students from this college. Average placement of this college has been about 7.5 lpa and about 95% of a student to a placed previous year.
Fees and Financial Aid
I will be paying a total of 8 lacs for my b.tech program including mess and hostel fees. There is also tution fees waiver for some students belonging to up. And all up student get scholarship from govt. Students get scholarship based on their categories. Sc and st category gets approximately 1 lac rupees per year. Here mess fees is 36000 rupees for 1 year and hostel fees for 27000 for 1 year. And acedmic fees per year is about 1 lac 21 thousands. And fees is increasing every year.
Campus Life
My experience is a better than average in this college as the campus is very greenish. Events are very well organised and placement is quite good of this college. technical fests are quite supportive for our placements and internship. Campus is a very big and have a sports ground with full amenities and common rooms with ac facilities and TV. My overall experience about this colleges is nice.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms are up to Occupancy and 4 Occupancy which are allotted to students randomly. Nice food is okay and buildings are old but rooms are quite neat and clean. Cleaniness is maintained in campus. Flowers are planted which increases its beauty.
Admission
My rank was 64000 all india and here I got Computer Science and Engineering branch which was my preferable branch and I saw the placement of this college online through college dunia and Shiksha. for myself found this college better for me. If your rank is under 1 lakh in JEE Mains then you can apply for this college. I choose this college because this college is a government college and displacement is quite good
Faculty
There is a student faculty ratio of 7:1. Most of professor are well knowned for their reseraches like BK pandey for physics and H C sir for maths. All faculties are supporting in nature and keeps the environment of classroom very friendly. There are two exams each semester one minor and one major. Exams are little tough but scoreable if studied.
Night Life
In first year, there is restriction of going out after 7:30 pm. From second year hostel timing for boys is 10 pm And for girls is 8 pm. There is three cafeteria in campus and a pmc chowk where most of students hangout.
