Newman Life

I choose Bcom because my cousins and friends suggested me because they prepare us to attend placement exams , Group discussion and Interviews. During last few years many students were placed in different companies and banks so if we're ready to work hard before last sem exam we can also be placed in good companies

This is our second sem and we should go for internship on this may to increase our credit point Usually college doesn't offer for internship in sec sem we should go within our own risk. Projects gaven by the faculties helps a lot in our studies

From Fifth semester students are eligible for campus placements. Companies like infosys, Wipro and banks like SBI, Axis Bank etc often visit there for campus placements On the year 2023 70% of students were placed in different companies and banks. So my plan is to get placed in any company or banks before passing out

I got admission in Newman college on the year 2024 . It's been one year that I have been a part of this college. They have got good sanitation facilities, Safe drinking water and there are sick rooms on every block for emergency cases. They focus on arts and sports rather than study . They guarantees us more placement offers than other colleges in thodupuzha. They prepare us for the GD and Interviews .Newman college is a better option for your future education and job.

There are many events in college such an Commerce fest, collage Union day, Thursday rhymes etc. Seriously I am enjoying my collage life in Newman college as I make lot of friends from my class and other departments. College provide us hood infrastructure facilities and special thanks to Father Benson Antony for the infrastructure facilities available in the college. They focus on Arts and Sports equally

I applied in many collages such as Nirmala, Sreeshankara etc and I went to Nirmala college for asking about management seat but the faculties were very disrespectful and the next day i got seat in Newman college on the basis of cultural quota the very next day i got a call from Nirmala college for seat in cultural quota but I rejected them because of my experience in there. In Newman college the faculties treated very respectfully they were very kind when I came for the admission process

Facilities often keeps good relationship with students although we don't feel any insecurity while interacting with them. My favourite faculty is Joel sir he is teaching Bcom finance and taxation regular department more than a teacher he act as a friend he understands our problem and give us solution every student in our college likes him. First sem internal was quite good but second sem internal was tough because second sem internal was conducted descriptive we were unaware of it

Now the University competition has started so we have late night practices in college there is no need of any fear because faculties are available in college till the practice ends. College cantine is quite good they don't charge higher price for food
