Cut-offs are into three dimensions. Firstly, 12th marks, then entrance score and finally the physical test score. So, all three scores are taken into account and after that an interview and then the final admissions. RRU are only two in India and the one in which i am studying is better in both. Also, admissions here are on factors such as score and then a fitness entrance test.
