Course Curriculum Overview
I wanted to be in medical related field somehow after my higher secondary education.the internship training does helps you to prepare for jobs.i suggest you to increase more exposure to all students , train them well. frequency of exams are well arranged for students to prepare
Internships Opportunities
Internship will be provided by college after your course period and during college time also.Each students will be undergoing rotational shifts for internship.we will be taken to different hospitals for different types of exposure which is good but tiresome for students who will be getting used to one.
Fees and Financial Aid
I had to pay 1 lakh including admission fee, registration fee and all other utility charges for the first year of the course,then i had to pay 45k per year for 2nd and 3rd years.almost all had same fee structure at that time, now it has been more comes around 60k per year course charges only,there are no known scholarships for students but they will provide bank loans easily from their side,also no category wise fee reductions.
Campus Life
There are yearly arts and sports programs alok along with that we celebrate festivals and yearly freshers party, farewell parties going on.classrooms are well equipped with all the technical things we require like projector,boards, benches and fan everything. They conduct inter college sports activities yearly that is good exposure for students who are trained for professional sports.clubs like environmental and socials are there for students to participate
Admission
The college is in heart of the city, Easily accessable from anywhere in country.I tried in srinvas college in Mangalore to take admission but it turns out very far from home and it is in a remote area.i didn't apply anywhere so didn't get any rejection, admission process is easy,they will guide through everything fast.it will be done before you know.the qualification should be science stream and minimum pass is required.
Faculty
Faculties are qualified enough to teach but they are inconsistent, most of them will resign within one year,that causes discontinuity in studies.as of now I dont really know who are all there but shimya who is still HOD if im believe was good with us.exams are yearly and conducted under university,it is strictly conducted.
Night Life
There are library and cafeteria we can use during college hours.Hostels have timings and some restrictions at night time.the city itself a tourist destination.So everything is within 1 hour reach.Mysore palace, chamundi hills, mysore zoo are very near to college
