Fees and Financial Aid

Hello guys this is rohit, I'm from tilak maharashtra vidyapeeth, my college is located in gultekdi near Swargate. My annual fees is ?60,000(library fees included in it) and additional fees for registration and all.

Campus Life

My college campus is good but not too big, and as I mentioned my canteen is also not too good. I have not participated in functions and I have not Joined any club. Our freshers party was also average.

Admission

There are many college's in Pune for BCA degree and i visited many college's for inquiry of admission but I didn't liked the other colleges and decided to take admission in TMV because the online ratings of this college were good.

Faculty

Faculty is one of the most important thing in every college, our faculty is good and staffs are also nice but obviously some of the staffs are not so good in some terms and other faculty is average and that's all

Night Life

There is no night life in our college because the college campus gets closed till 6:00pm so we can't hangout in the college campus and cafeteria also gets closed. Even outside college campus there is nothing interesting to do

Typically in the TY i.e from 6 sem college provide placement but with the some criteria, but i felt that for BCA there is no placement, just for name purpose The college does not good provide I.V. we have visited once for I.V (industrial visit) that i felt that is picnic more instead of industrial visit so over all this is also only for name purpose

Affordable BCA Course with Supportive Faculty

Placement Experience:

Our college typically initiates campus placements from the 5th semester. Companies like Infosys and Wipro, TCS, Capgemini, etc. do come to campus and the average packages are around ?3-4 LPA and the highest can be around ?7-8 LPA depending on the student, their skills, and matching requirements. Around 60-70% of students get placed while adhering to the eligibility criteria and have taken the placement training sufficiently. Personally, I am currently focus on being better at my technical skills and wish to pursue an opportunity as a software developer following my graduation.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The area I suggest to improve is the classrooms there is no sincerely benches for student there is a first second class students benches for BCA level students matters height. There is a lot of holidays between exams of universities difficulty level is some average or medium that lot high level or easiest paper average teaching methods are good you are I can tell them that's but some in a practical the teachers also do laziness but in the lecture that give.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because game development seemed facinating to me. But after studying for few months, I lost my interest completely. The method of teaching is TRASH. Faculty : student ration is 1:30. For the Pune branch only 1 exam will be conducted at the end of the each sem(6 semesters = 6 exams) i.e end semester exam. Questions are asked from what is taught in the class or from given study material

I opted for Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth because of its solid reputation good curriculum and strong industry connections among other colleges TMV had a better balance of academics and practical exposure to programming languages and data analytics. I had applied to Symbiosis and Ferguson also but chose TMV due to the reasonable fees and because the faculties here are helpful and approachable. TMV Admission Process: Eligibility: Completion of 12th with 50% marks(or equivalent) for BCA. Exam Accepted: TMV conducts its entrance exam or accepts scores from MHSET and CUET. Cutoffs: Different every year depending on the exam and the applicant pool, but TMV is generally more lenient than top-tier colleges. Experience: The process was pretty straightforward. Good experience, but insufficient curriculum.

I had applied to Garware College, but got rejected over low marks (got 74% in boards, 69%ile in MHTCET). I chose TMV, because i had no other options were left.
