Likes

I liked the faculty they are very friendly and supportive and also guide us
I liked as how any department organise event and all can get involve and enjoy it
I liked the syllabus of the course its what company needs in candidate

Dislikes

Their are very few events in college and also their are less workshops
Any procedure takes very much time its very unconvinient
The college is 1.2 km inside of the main road, so we have to walk to get bus

Course Curriculum Overview

I really liked the curriculum because it has one programming language each semester and each comes in order its also has logic development . Its very much relevant to whats needed to market and also its has personal development subjects.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 42000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Its provides internship from microsoft and and from swipe and special training programs in college for internship. Their are projects needed to be submitted at the end of every semester. Their is national conference organised by college year about opportunities in this field

Placement Experience

I plan to go for MCA and college does have placements but only to distinction students (8sgpa) from 3rd year we become eligible and 5 lakhs package and 30 % get placements and college offers internships from 2nd year

Fees and Financial Aid

I had 48000 fees for 1st year and the price has increased now, the scholarship are not offered but of its state or government scholarship it is supported. In 2 nd year the fees is 52000 and for third year its 56000

Campus Life

Its more like traditional following college more sophisticated events and it has a event called sanskriti every year where the competition are organised and every department can compete and make friends and enjoy

Admission

The admission is process is in college its not online. I choose this college because its 105 year old college and it had me fascinating but it also has many rules.It accepts any 12th background above 50%

Faculty

The faculty is very good , their are many options to choose for subjects, also their is japanese language option, japanese company also offer intership and job here. Their are 2 internals of 20 marks each and 60 marks external and programming language has different exam for written and lab.

Night Life

Their is special sports and gym section in college and even their are many national players from here it has very big library and affordable cafeteria and its safe to roam around as their is security all the time and hostel has timings and campus closes at 5 in evening

Typically in the TY i.e from 6 sem college provide placement but with the some criteria, but i felt that for BCA there is no placement, just for name purpose The college does not good provide I.V. we have visited once for I.V (industrial visit) that i felt that is picnic more instead of industrial visit so over all this is also only for name purpose

Affordable BCA Course with Supportive Faculty

Placement Experience:

Our college typically initiates campus placements from the 5th semester. Companies like Infosys and Wipro, TCS, Capgemini, etc. do come to campus and the average packages are around ?3-4 LPA and the highest can be around ?7-8 LPA depending on the student, their skills, and matching requirements. Around 60-70% of students get placed while adhering to the eligibility criteria and have taken the placement training sufficiently. Personally, I am currently focus on being better at my technical skills and wish to pursue an opportunity as a software developer following my graduation.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The area I suggest to improve is the classrooms there is no sincerely benches for student there is a first second class students benches for BCA level students matters height. There is a lot of holidays between exams of universities difficulty level is some average or medium that lot high level or easiest paper average teaching methods are good you are I can tell them that's but some in a practical the teachers also do laziness but in the lecture that give.

I chose this course because game development seemed facinating to me. But after studying for few months, I lost my interest completely. The method of teaching is TRASH. Faculty : student ration is 1:30. For the Pune branch only 1 exam will be conducted at the end of the each sem(6 semesters = 6 exams) i.e end semester exam. I opted for Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth because of its solid reputation good curriculum and strong industry connections among other colleges TMV had a better balance of academics and practical exposure to programming languages and data analytics. I had applied to Symbiosis and Ferguson also but chose TMV due to the reasonable fees and because the faculties here are helpful and approachable. TMV Admission Process: Eligibility: Completion of 12th with 50% marks(or equivalent) for BCA. Exam Accepted: TMV conducts its entrance exam or accepts scores from MHSET and CUET. Cutoffs: Different every year depending on the exam and the applicant pool, but TMV is generally more lenient than top-tier colleges. Experience: The process was pretty straightforward. Good experience, but insufficient curriculum.

I had applied to Garware College, but got rejected over low marks (got 74% in boards, 69%ile in MHTCET). I chose TMV, because i had no other options were left.
