Batchelor of Arts college : Reality

The course curriculum for the batchelor of arts course is good .it is helpfull towards students in aspects of there studies and overall development . But one thing is necessary to upgrade for course is teaching method . Teaching methods should be more practical purposes rather than theoretical purposes.digital learning should be improved. frequency of exams is good for students as they conduct exam two times in year .

As I told earlier there is low placements rate in our college,so the no of visiting companies are also less.hardly upto five percent students can get placements.so it is hard to mention the companies. There is also no any clarity regarding the projects and outcomes.

From the fifth semister students are eligible for the college placements .but the reality is the only few students get college placements. percentage of students get placed is five percent.my plans after geting degree is to get a good reputed job.

Fee structure of college is simple for ba students ,that is per year or annualy only 1000 rs have to pay for the entire annual course. Students who belong into categories like SC st nt obc categorise have scholarship from the government of Maharashtra.

College campus life is good. annually there are one to two programs are held under technical festivals.apart from this for students extracurricular activities sports and gatherings are also arranged. facilities and technology provide in classrooms is quite good and satisfactory.

I choose this college because this college is near from my hometown. admission process for getting admission in this college is simple and easy .you have to apply for any course you want to take but only after the twelth board results .this is because admissions are only taken on the basis of the twelth board exam.

Faculty to student ratio is good every faculty has at least 4-5 staff members. faculties are helpfull towards students they are ready to help them in teaching activities also In extracurricular activities.exam system is semister based .in one year two semesters are held.exams are conducted by the shivaji University kolhapur . Difficulty level of exam is moderate .most of the students clear the exams. Percentage is 90 to 95 percent students clear exam annualy.

Admission criteria is simple for bachelor of arts .but admission are get only after the teelth board results .there is no any interview or test pattern for the admission. Inshort admission process is easy .

There are lot of hangout places near the college . As the college is in kolhapur the most famous spot near college is rankala lake .also the new palace , panhala fort ,jotiba temple etc are the most visiting places for the college students.campus life is good. Most of public area is open upto 12 am and for late night also.
