Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course curriculum is good there teaching method is modern teaching every class room have centralised ac and projector the classrooms have sufficient capacity of benches but the minus point the students they broke the furniture benches and other assets. But there are classrooms called CR have not much facilities like they don't have camera's and projectors and the size of classrooms is also small than other classrooms. there are two types of paper in a semester 1st is mid term and second is end term the difficulty level of both the exam is moderate.

Internships Opportunities

4

I am at in 1st year so I don't know very much about internships but as I heard from seniors there is internships in 3rd year they take students in different factories industries in fact they take first year students in industries. From my perspective there is many internship opportunities.

Placement Experience

4

Placements in this college is not good for some courses placements starts here from 4th or 5th semester there average package is about 3.5 lakh per annum and highest is 50lpa approx if I didn't get placement I am going to start a startup this college funds startups this is the plus point about this college.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees in amity university jaipur for my course is 1.6 lakh per year for btech ece this fees varies for various courses there is scholarship also the scholarship is credited on the basis of 12th marks and jee mains percentile if you get above 75% you get 25% scholarship and if you get above 85% you get 50% and above 92% you are eligible for 100% scholarship on your tution fees this fees is only valid till first year after that you have to be in top 5% in your class to get scholarship for othe semester.

Campus Life

5

The college life in this college is awesome I mean there you couldn't feel lonely there are many clubs, sports event in the hostel there also a gaming room which was opened till midnight and beside the gaming room there is a TV room where you can watch movies, cricket matches, etc there is a sport event called sangathan which is happens every year where the student can show their abilities. In this college a group runs a donation club where the students or faculties of college donate. This college is adopted approx 10 villages this college provides them education food clothes etc.

Hostel Facilities

4

In hostel there is one flat where six student lives in one flat there is three rooms each room has 2 students they provide one table one chair and one almirah there is common late bath among six students. There is a separate hostel for juniors meal is excluded from hostel we have to pay every day for meal the accomodation charges for hostel is 65000 per year.

Admission

Firstly the admission process is very easy you have to fill a form which you can fill online and then you have to come to college and deposit necessary documents and then they take exam on the basis of 11th and 12th which is a formality paper for scholarship. I choose this college becouse my elder siblings is passout from here and they tell about college life placements and many other things. I didn't get rejection becouse I only apply for limited colleges after my low percentile in jee mains.

Faculty

4

Faculty members are good but not all of them some are very rude towards students. The coordinaters and hod's of btech are very good they help the students at their best. Faculty to student ratio is 1:15. There is one mid term in BTech and then end term the mid term exam is of 1.15 hr and end term is 2.15 hrs it varies subject wise. Most of the paper are come from previous year paper the paper pattern remains same but now they are decreasing time of exam. Which is not good for the students.

Night Life

4

Nightlife is good the hostel are opened till 10' O clock in this college there is a lake where we can seat in peace. Gym and library will close at 9 at night. But cafes outside the hostel is opened till midnight outside the college. Some of time they play night DJ in campus where all can fun Overall night life in campus is good

Students become eligible for summer internship (after 3rd year) from start of 3rd year (5th sem) and for the placements, companies come to the college from 7th semester onwards. Companies like jo Morgan, Deloitte, Flipkart, goldman sachs , PepsiCo ,oracle, bny ,ubs , rippling etc come here for placements, some of them come for 2months and 6months internship too. Average package offered by them is 9-10 lpa , jpmc , Goldman, visa they offer till 12 lpa and it can go up for some of the companies . Most of the companies allow to sit for 6.5cgpa and above but some of them allows 7.5 and above cgpa and jpmc allows 8.5cgpa and plus as far I know till now . I am currently looking forward to work in a company and get a placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is vast and allows a student to explore all the possible options to take before deciding on one . The field of elctronics and communication engineering allows one to deal with electronics and learn all the possible tinkering with them which is a very fascinating part as all the gadgets possible today were made of them. The curriculum does satisfy this thirst by teaching about them in the class of electronics and electricals and then experimenting in the lab with them . The areas for improvement could be that if a student is interested in a specific field then should be allowed to venture that field throughly instead of sitting in every class , but that is an imrovement for the indian education system as as whole . The classes of every subject does occur frequently and and exams take place every month in a form of quiz or proper pen based exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I like computer science and I can see my future in this course. The current ratio in computer science courses is around 1:5. And we don't have technical communication teaching at present and the college is saying that they will recruit teachers as soon as possible. The student-teacher ratio in all the branches is around 1:3. All facilities are well qualified and teach well but they are not permanent and hence they may or may not be changed next year. There are two semesters in each year and an examination is conducted after each semester. The difficulty level of these exams ranges from moderate to difficult.
