My college life story

Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay Shekhawati University Sikar is one of the most prestigious college of Rajasthan whose students are serving their country today in many areas of India. The identity of a good college is the marks obtained by the students studying in it and the quality of the faculty who study in it. The cleanliness of the college is as per the expectations. College comes first in all the things that is why I choose this college. Every teacher who taught in the college was dedicated to the students and gave his 100%. He always paid some kind of attention to us so that we could ask him and that's what helped us. The faculty is very good.

The college fee is Rs 15500, the admission fee is Rs 500 and the practical time is Rs 2000, which is the same for all the students, no matter which category they belong to, not more or less for anyone. The fees of all the students studying in my class were the same and the practical fees were also the same and everything was the same. Due to being in reserve category schedule caste, I got scholarship which made it easier for me to pay fees next year. I got scholarship of Rs 18000 from Rajasthan Samaj Kalyan Board.

Many types of functions are organized in the college from time to time in which all the students participate in large numbers. The main one is the annual function organized in February in which the Sanskrit program is presented and all the students are invited to excel. During this time, sports competitions are also organized in the college. The team that was awarded was awarded In our college, a program is also organized on 15 August and 26 January in which Sanskrit programs and speeches related to patriotism are given and in the main also a sports competition is organized in which the winning team is awarded, this is the way I like my college very much and I had a very good experience in the college.

As I told you, our hostel was built in a very quiet environment, there was no noise of any kind and all the rooms were very clean and the students staying there were very nice, they took full care of cleanliness. In the morning, when we woke up, we were given breakfast in the form of a paratha or sometimes we had biscuits in the afternoon. In the case of vegetable daal and roti along with which Salah was given and in the evening the chai was given which was eaten again on the bad night. In the case of rice vegetable and roti the quality of food was very good and in the evening the food was given along with it.

I didn't think about any other college because I already knew that I wanted to take admission in the college and on scholarship, my elder brother studied in ISI college and today he is working as a teacher so I also wanted to take admission in this college. I did not apply any form to anyone in the college so I did not get any kind of rejection and this is the most prominent college in our district so I chose this college. The process of taking admission in this college is that on the basis of marks obtained in 12th, you get admission in this college which is because of good marks in 12th college. I easily got admission in college and that's how I completed my education in it. I belong to the main schedule card and that's why our cut off went up to 55% and because of my 60%, I got admission there easily.

The number of boys in our course was approximately 500 and the number of girls in our course was around 250 and the number of teachers who taught us was 50. All the teachers are very good and very hardworking, they are always ready to help the students and their way of teaching is so good that even today we have not forgotten the things taught by them. Mukesh Ji sir, we remember the things taught by him in history. Even when I gave any competitive exam, I saw the optional questions and I automatically remember them because I taught him by him. In our college, an examination was organized once in a month in which all the subjects were examined so that the students could evaluate themselves.

Our college hostel is very nice, clean, tidy and has a quiet room, where all the students are able to understand the things that they live in the same way. In the morning, breakfast is given in the form of paratha and in the afternoon, food is given in the form of vegetables, rice and roti and Salah is given along with it in the evening. She was given tea and biscuits and the food she was given before sleeping at night was bread and rice. There was also a canteen made in our college where we used to get samosas, biscuits etc. but that was during the college time i.e. it was open from 9:00 to 5:00 in the evening and after that it was closed.
