Likes

Infrastructure is Very Good and The Patient flow is awesome
The College has good staff and The Reputation of college is also good.
Teachers of Dental Department are strict but Helpful.

Dislikes

The area is a slum area so its a bit unsafe but Police is there everywhere
Drinking Water is not available in Hostel for some months due to some intrinsic issues
Much of events dont take place here and There are a lot of rules

Course Curriculum Overview

In first year I am not sure About it but for now Its all.good Our exams went good and Practicals were A bit difficult Because of Histolgy slides. Overall You have to study yourself then only You can Learn or esle you cant write anything in exam.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 115000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship is done in the same hospital and is very good. You get a good stipened and postings. 8 postings per year ig. The stipend is near about 35000 per month. I have not gone through internship so I am not the right person to ask for

Fees and Financial Aid

The Year wise fee is Rs.1,15,000/- including developmental fees admission fess and all other and Hostel fee is 4000 Rs. Per year. For Categories its 11000 per year and 4000 hostel fee. For EWS also fee is 11000 per year (female) whereas for male its 55000 per year I am not aware of scholarships

Campus Life

There arent a lot of fests and events but ya Freshers is a blast and so is gathering! Gathering is a 7 day event and Is the fest of the year. We also celebrate Ganpati Festival, Chh. Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti and many other great festivals inclusing Independence day and republic day.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel Facilities are good. 3 to 4 people in one room. Registration is done during admissions. Hostel fee is 4000 per year and is affordable. Electricity is continuous and so is running water but drinking water needs to be buyed for some days.

Admission

It was in my Hometown It has the highest patient flow in Maharashtra and Is one of the top dental Colleges. I applied for mbbs colleges and I didnt get them so I decided to do dental and The college that came in My mind was GDC, Chh Sambhajinagar. The admission process is through NEET counselling. The NEET exam is the entrance exam for tbe same. Cutoffs can be checked on official website for this yeat it was 600/720 for this college. The admission process is easy and Fast

Faculty

The faculty is sufficient and Good. There are 4 exams jn total for year 2 internals 1 preliminary and 1 university Exam. The result of the College is Outstanding in Unviersities. Well One of the Good Faculty is Dental Anatomy Teacher She is strict but Her teaching is Definitely good.

Night Life

Library is open till 10 pm In night we enjoy in the hostel and hostel yard but for first year there are some rules. Which needs to be followed. The mess area is a place to hangout. I love the atmosphere.

ONE OF BEST DENTAL COLLEGE IN MAHARASHTRA IN MUMBAI

Likes

Excellent faculty , All teachers are very good ,supporting , help you in clearing doubt , humble and well educated and experienced
Good infrastructure , digital classroom , labs are well developed
Seniors are very helping NO RAGGING OCCURS

Dislikes

They dont share ppt of lecture , tell to make notes
Hostel is very expensive but food quality is good
Asking for money like 200 , 500 for participating in annual or for any thing throughout yearsr

As my College follows MUHS syllabus which for bds Subjects: ANATOMY,PHYSIOLOGY ,BIOCHEMISTRY AND DADH 70 marks theory for 60 Approx for practicals Biochemistry and physiology has combined Exam Duration between every internal and prelims is 2 month approx Teaching method is good but some teachers are too fast i cant get them

VSPM Dental College A life to start again

Firstly, our college campus is very vast. It is very big that you basically need one hour To get to know the place. We have beautiful trees, beautiful flowers, beautiful plants all around the campus. We have a garden and a lake.
A college campus includes a very well-known restaurant, Nagpur named yello. With that, we have a gym in a campus. We also have salon in our campus. We also have a canteen whose name is 24 seven which means it is open for 24 seven a day.
In our college we also DMart. In DMart, you have all the accessories that you might need for your basic Living If you are living in hostel, we have food we have stationary. We have utensils and many other things that you might need and you will find

Dislikes

In some places or college does not have proper washrooms

Course Curriculum Overview:

My college is well known for its co-curriculum. It conducts different different competitions for students for example:- 1) Debate competition 2) Postermaking competition 3) Slogan making competition 4) Paper presentation competition 5) Research based activity And many more Our college also conduct Ganesh festival And celebrate the festival. The whole 10 days one day we have Garba other day we have dandiya we have singing competition, dancing competitions. We have a DJ night we have sports conducted on Ganesh festival. Sports includes football, basketball volleyball, relay athletics, cricket. Our college also celebrate their own fest Which includes fashion show dances of each Batches, singing, competition, drama, DJ night and sports indoor and outdoor Booth

Placement Experience:

As this is a professional course there are no placements here the students have to excel on their own by setting up a clinic or preparing for masters. I am most likely to prepare for the matter degree and wish to get the same college for a masters degree.

Review of my dental school

Remarks:

Positives: A healthy hassle free environment without any kind of ragging related issues. One of the safest colleges for Womens. Frequent placement drives from various of companies all over India. Leaves you with adequate knowledge about the subject with acceptable academics. Negatives: Not suitable if you want to enjoy the college life along with academics. Fee structure is not feasible for lower class people if appointed through management.

Remarks:

Wifi hotspot is not free. The out side area around the collge campus shold develope for some more extended. Transportation from the nearest city is very difficult. Nearest railway station is 26km away.
