Very esteemed top class institution , one of the best in the city and in whole country.
Very good student support and a nice campus.

Stray dogs that roam in college, which cause discomfort.

Course Curriculum Overview

very informative and carefully as per the market requiremnts, and helpful for tsudnets to excel in academics as well as job market. Real world applications has been taught with practical knwledge to students.

Internships Opportunities

College offered internship opportunities with verious companies liek caterpillar, port trust of Chennai, and TNPL. i have done final year projects on commercial drone delivery and anthropomorphic robotic arm, both can be used in varipus puposes like disaster managaement and agriculture.

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for placements from 7 th semester onwards. Recruiters like Tata Motors, IBM, Wipro and CTS are major companies which visit college for campus recruitment. HIghest avaerage salary package is provided till 12 lakhs per annum and amazon provides highest package. More than 70 percent of students gets placed. Im more inclined towards government service.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have paid a cumulative tuition fees of 25000 per year and hostel mess fees around 6000 per month. As i belonged to reserved SC category. Got cenral government scholarship of 2000 rupees per year. my badge mates padi fees according to each other category.

Campus Life

Techofes and Agni are cultural fests and kurukshetra is technical festival. very huge collection of books on technical knowledge and humanities. we had smart classrooms. Very large grounds which hosts various sports liek cricket, hockey and football.

Hostel Facilities

Cupboard, sockets, bed and a fan. very good meal with option of veg and non veg mess. Very easy registration process with small activities. i have styed in colelge hostel within our college campus. stayed there for four years.

Hostel Fee: INR 10000 per year

Admission

i chose CEG over another colleges as i found CEG suitable for me due to its legacy, placement records and affordability.It is one of the oldest engineering colleges in India.CEG provides practical and industry alligned education.It has consistent placements.

Faculty

Had a very good student faculty ratio around 40: 1. very good qualified faculties who have done their post graduation in their respective fields with an experience over 10 years. Conceptually well equipped. LIke faculties like Chozha mannan and samuel raj.

Night Life

We have well equipped gym with major machineries. We have night canteens. whic provide major foods. Hostel timing is till 9:30 pm for female students and for make students it is till 11 pm. Guindy national park,Birla planetorium.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Sathyabama is value for money

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

Dislikes

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Placement Experience:

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.

My engineering cut off is 151.i have already booked a seat in Dr MGR university.But i waited for counseling too .Then before counseling I phone called colleges in Chennai,covai,Trichy I will tell my cut off and they will tell me the fees structure according to my cut off...nearly u have called every colleges in Chennai and Coimbatore sector... While I am calling for DHAANISH AHMED INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY I found that this college provides good education with affordable fees structure and provides good placement too so I came to visit my college.before that in MGR there is no hostel facility for bme students so i was told to stay in pg when I look at that ph photos I was too stunned i didn't even like that place....But when I came to my college I loved the environment and my hostel too so compared to other college I like this one. Then other colleges won't allow 1st yr students for internship and other college events but my college provides us on duty so we can freely participate so I love this the most. Convenient and Affordable Campus

I chose this college over others like XYZ College and ABC Institute mainly because of its strong placement record, affordable fee structure, and experienced faculty. The college also provides excellent infrastructure and industry-oriented programs. The admission process was smooth and based on +2 marks and TNEA counseling, without any entrance test.
