Remarks

You will find most of the courses here like LLB, b.ed ,hons courses biotechnology, computer science,b.sc information technology, and many more. But what I don't like is the infrastructure and no canteen is there.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Course is fine but not that much valuable in india until you are not going for research or you are not a brilliant student. But is good for those student who are very interested towards microbes. They have to study hard at their own

Internships Opportunities

No ,they do not provide internship. But there are various seminars in which you can take part and will provide you a certificate for that particular seminar. That certificate is worth of, you can utilise it for internship from outside sources.

Placement Experience

1

Well,There is very less opportunity for graduates.you can only get job on your own ability of education and your percentage because college does not provide any platform for placements. But post graduate students can get job easily according to their fields.

College Events

3.5

Events are less entertaining. There are sports event.students who plays for college and compete with other colleges are given award.Other than that there is a cultural programme but not in a college but in a c.s.j.m university.Students who are interested can give there names for the event.sometimes art competition events are also there.

Fee Structure And Facilities

College is not at all expensive ,very reasonable. For normal graduation course like b.sc ,b.com course fee is approximately 3000.for hons courses it is near about 8000.For post graduation it is has range between 15000-25000.All fees are taken annually.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is not provided by college but state government has initiated scholarship for students. For that you need to have income certificate of your mother or father , address proof , passbook, cast certificate and some more formalities are there.Almost most of the fees is refunded.

Campus Life

2

Labs are in a poor condition though labs are very large but no efficient equipments are available.Extracurricular activities are there but students need to be active for knowing them.no one will come by themselves to give information.Sports activities are good ,students who are interested they have a good opportunity.NCC course is good in d.a.v and very active college in politics.

Hostel Facilities

1

Once upon a time hostels were available there but now it does not exist. For playing there is d.a.v ground ,that is in some distance from the college is there so students use to practice in green park stadium.Infrastructure is not at all good.It was made during britishers' time and since then no remarkable transformation has been made. There is no canteen no good or a.c rooms

Alumni/Alumna

Most of the Students are well behaved but some students are there to take ragging but teachers take cares of that.Students take parts in political rally are very interested towards it.shri atal bihari vajpayee , our prime minister Ram nath kovind, MLA satish mahana are the renowned names from politics.

Exam Structure

During graduation course there are three final papers in 3 years of courses. There are 3 papers for one subject ,which means you will have to give total 9 papers. In post graduation you have semester wise pattern for exams. Two semesters in one year that means 4 total exams will be there.

Admission

There is no criteria for admission you should have at least 50%in intermediate. For my course I just fill the application and gave a draft of 8000 rs.That's how I got the admission.Procedure is same for graduation course and for pos

Faculty

4

Faculty is qualified ,friendly and very supportive. If a single student also come to college professors or assistant teachers are always there to teach them. There is a large faculty available for the different departments.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is all about eye diseases and their diagnosis. With increasing technology, the scope of this field is increasing as even small kids are now suffering from myopia and wearing spectacles. After this course, you can set up your own clinic. You can assist the ophthalmologist, but you can't do surgery. There are about 9-10 faculty in our department and 27 students in our batch. Some teachers teach really well, but then some are unable to explain the topics. They provide more theoretical knowledge. Overall, it's an okay experience. The program is in semester mode.
