Review about VISHNU INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY,BHIMAVARAM

Teaching can be little along with real time experiences like hands on project Faculty follow guidelines from university but university lack that hands on experience which is needed to be improved to boost up students career and show a bright path

Companies do not directly visit college for providing internships But students can reach out companies that visit our campus for internship opportunities And also technical sessions are held by members of different companies so if we go and approach them in college they refer students for internship in their organisation or even with faculty support we can reach out companies

From 3rd year 2nd semester students are eligible for placements and almost all the students are eligible for placements At an average nearly 30 companies visit our campus for on campus placements Highest package would be 18 LPA And average package is nearly 3.5 LPA

I am a convenor student Tution fee : 66,000/- Exam fee : 2000 per semester Crt fee : 6000 per semester For management quota students Tution fee: 198000 Fee for management seat : depends on branch Exam fee and crt same for everyone I am eligible for scholarship from state government so tution fee is given by government other fee such as exam and crt must be paid by me and college doesn't force me to pay tution fee as I have few reimbursement

There are many events happening in our college Recently SSC club has been introduced it is student success centre club which is handled by students bringing all clubs together Every branch has its own club conducting technical and non technical competitions every month Research and development showcase takes place within each branch and best teams from all branches qualify for end round and funding is provided by college for the winner to implement their idea Hacathons are conducted frequently for every 2 months to bring the conceptual thinking of students and to let them create new projects.

Hostel rooms are well equipped and maintained and cleaned well Hostel food is homely but quantity of food served is very limited when compared with other hostels from various colleges Other than this rooms are spacious with fully furnished cupboards but food for boys is a major drawback

I applied for GVP and SRKR other than vishnu institute of technology Rather than both those colleges Vishnu has lot of clubs available with students having chance to opt their passion Be it academics coding music dance acting etc every profession has its own club which makes this college stand out than the rest of other

In our Ai and ds department our hod is the main advantage for us Our faculty as well as our hod supports us in each and every aspect Every faculty is excellent so need not specifically mention names Exams for every semester there are 10 papers including theory and lab

During admission there was only certificate verification that too only xerox copies were taken by the institute and later after commencement of college original documents are subbmited the process was very smooth

Gym facility and Ground is available for both boys and girls and is free of cost for the college students There is park in college for students both boys and girls to sit and talk Places to eat for boys are very limited which is a major drawback whereas for girls there are nearly 30 food stalls and for boys due to restrictions it is down to maximum 10 and online food delivery is not allowed in the campus
