Labs in our college : labs are well developed and equipped with stable internet connection
Faculty members: experienced faculty members with great teaching skills
Events : there are lots of technical and non technical events are organised by college and college students

Dislikes

Canteen : food is like of low quality but also costly

Course Curriculum Overview

The courses cover a wide range of topics within textile engineering, including specialized areas like man-made textiles and textile chemistry. The curriculum also includes core subjects like spinning, weaving, and processing, ensuring a well-rounded education.

Class Size: 69Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fee is 100000 . But I only submit 17500 due to my post metric scholarship for sbc class . The government gives 82000 in my fees and aslo gives me 5000 scholarship per year . For open category students it is 60000 under EBC scheme

Campus Life

There many events takes place in our college. Currently there is a mega event TAIMU which is conducted by textile department. Everything is organised by students there is no faculty involvement. In next month there is a tech symposium event will be organised by Cse department. Also there are socials which are conducted by NSS department.

Admission

I applied to through cet cell to get the admission. I had given first preference to dkte college as it is in my home town and it's the best college in our city . Aslo I got best reviews about our college.

Faculty

There are three exams in one semester . 1st mid semester 1 , second mid semester 2 exam and end semester exam. Mid semester exams are of 25 marks and end semester exam is of 50 marks . Evaluation is done on the basis of Marks of all three exams .

Night Life

As ichalkaranji is a manchester city, there are limited hangout spots . But it have lots of variety in food stalls . Food items are available in low costs . At night dkte's rajwada is a good place to visit, it is like a historical luxury place .
