M.G. SCIENCE INSTITUTE (GUJARAT UNIVERSITY)

All over the college is so good by faculties and in regards to study but infrastructure is not so huge, college canteen quality is very low.if you have planned for graduate in science with full time than MG science is suitable for you.

There are various courses at mg science institute like bsc in almost 23 subjects like bsc(physics, chemistry, mathematics,statistics, zoology, geology, microbiology, biochemistry.and many more),in msc there are courses of msc chemistry.

Not in all stream but students of practical feild like bsc chemistry,bsc biochemistry,bsc zoology,bsc geology provide a internship for their better practical knowledge,other than internship the department also held a lecture for their subject related.

There are no highly job placement for all students but practical feild like bsc Chemistry have a placement in chemical company like Zydus and many other but feild like bsc Mathematics have not perticular placement.there are general placement for all college of Gujarat University held by University every year.

College celebrate many events to promote extra curricular activities, sports week,food fest,garba night are celebrating with a huge enthusiasment by students, anual day is also celebrate.the days like group day, signature day traditional day and many other days are also celebrate by mg.

Fees in Mg college is very feasible it is almost 3000-3800 per annum and other extra nominal charges like exam fees and practical fees and Books fees. students have to paid fees by every semester. college is grant in ed so the fees are very nominal.

All the scholarship that government provide to the students by University criteria are available by college but any other scholarships from perticular college are not available.the students who are below class are get scholarship.

In extracurricular activities college held so much activities regarding to sports and in educational feild also, college have cricket ground, volleyball ground, kabbadi ground.in sports week all the sports activities are organised by organiser.

College have no perticular hostel facilities but Gujarat University hostel provides a place for mg students , hostel is in area of University ground and not so far from college but the infrastructure of hostel is very bad and not a all the facilities arr fullfill by them

Alumni of mg college is very supportive and also a very enthusiastic to organise program for junior like freshers day, anual day, garba day.they are always ready to help their junior in any situation.

College held one internal exam per semester and external exam is taken by Gujarat University every semester in one year there were two internal exam by college and two external exam by Gujarat University.

Admission in the MG is full fill by Gujarat University and as per University rules and regulation in the month of June - July choice filling rounds are open for students and they have to appear in round if students get admission in MG then they have to report with documents and finalize their seat for perticular course.

Most of college faculties are high qualified and educated, professor are being well professional in their business,in each department they have enough faculties bsc physics and bsc chemistry are most popular department with good reviews of faculty.
