About my college

Overall it is a very good college with peace full environment. Its a bus service route so no problem with transport facility. Punctuality is well maintained they used to stop you at gate for some time after that they collect college ids and send you to class. Coming to negatives i say canteen and library are two main setbacks of the college.

My curriculum comes under PVP14. For every 3 years(approximately) curriculum changes. Experienced faculty members modify or change based on the latest requirement which is actually a very important to meet the requirements of present trend.

No, during my 4 year of college i didn't find my college providing any interships. But, there are clubs like E-YANTRA(robotics club), different sports clubs, riddles clubs etc. We also have an incubation center where we can develop any kind of new idea we can come up with.

Its a bit tricky question. Because for our batch we had very few job placements compared to our seniors. Some software are bpos visted our college but not even a single core(mechanical) company had come to our college. But iI suppose cse it got good number of placements

There are quite a few events celebrated every year in our college. Annual day, freshers day and farewell day for each branch separately are very common and regularly events. Engineers day and cultural fest are the other events. Regularly there will be seminars by distinguished personalities.

I got admission through EAMCET so generally used to get re-embersmemt from government. Actual fee structures is RS 66,000. I used to get rs35000 re-embersment so i have to pay 31000rs. Apart from that you have to pay building fee+misallaneos fee around 8000rs.

In the provinces of college there is syndicate bank I had seen posters of student loans and scholarships but don't know much about that. I used to get scholarship from government under BC-B category. I don't remember exact amount but I suppose it is around 3000rs.

Iam mechanical engineering student our mechanical labs used to be very good. We have thermal, automobile, metallurgical, mechatronics, metrology lab etc. All labs are well equipped with good infrastructure and well experienced technicians.

Iam a day scholar so I don't know much about hostel infrastructure and facilities. As far as I heard it not that good but you can get rooms near and aroud college with 2 or 3 members you can actually make good accommodation. Room can be found at your budget if you search for it properly.

I hadn't in contact with any of my seniors or neither do my jurors with me. I think it because of college timings generally we used to have 1st and 4th years at one time and 2nd and 3rd years at one time this is to prevent ragging i suppose. A part from this there is a separate faculty to take care of alumni matters.

Ours is a semester wise system. We use to have two semesters per year total of 8 semesters to complete course. We use to have 2 mids (15 marks objective, 10 marks bits, 5 marks assignment) total of 30 marks internals. Semesters is of 70 marks in this first section consisting of 11 2mark questions all questions should be answered. Section 2 consisting of 5 essay questions any 3 should be answered each carry 16 marks.

I got admission through EAMCET. First of all, all my documents got verified in government polytechnic college vijayawada. Later i had to pay fee through chalana which i had to submit in the college. After joining in college you have to submit yor original ssc, inter, TC in college.

Ours is one of the best faculty available. All are very polite snd you can reach them when ever you need during off class hours they will be available in their respective staff rooms. They will solve your each and every doubt. They will be helpfull especially during yor projects in final semisters.
