Course Curriculum Overview

Ilove plants and nature.I always curious about the plant,how they survive in different environments and what is their medicinal properties which are used in medical science. There are 2 exams held in a year, one is internal exam before one month of semester and another one is semester exam. For hons.paper and pass paper, aecc paper 3 hrs time duration occur,and for ethics and values paper 1 hrs occur. Exam is moderate level.

Class Size: 56Course Fees: INR 17300 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Totally i paid 3000 /- yearly as course fees , semester fees also included on that amount of money. The tution fees that I paid 400/- per semester. Addmission fees 1600/- for one year to the next . There are no development fees and any other lab fees included.There are many such scholarship are available like jindal , post matric , E-medhabruti and etc . Scholarship that provide us 10,000 per year from each. According to the college there are many activities are present which is affordably available.

Campus Life

There is only one annual function is occur in the college in the month of January and it gives positive vibes. Library of the college is so good and all types of books are available like science:-phy, chem , botany, math etc, and arts:- history, political science, Economics & commerce:-bussiness law and many other story books motivational book and compititive books are available. There are various types of sports available & for swimming swimming pool also available.

Admission

The disciplineness of the college take a lot to study over here . The faculty members of the college is so much honesty and humble . College library is so good as compared to the other colleges.if u online application is confirmed then you have noticed that you are selected in this college, then you will come college and the addmission process occur in specific room that are mentioned in the application. Teachers are confirmed the students and give a specific roll no to them .

Faculty

The faculty members are minimum as compared to course. I like Harapriya mam , is most loved mam by the students,she is HOD of our department . I also like sarita mam avani mam and Rajendra sir. They are very expertise in their own ways of teaching. There are two exam per semester. One is internal exam before one month of semester, another one is semester exam.

Night Life

Gym is also available in the college. Library is closed at 5:00pm and college stadium closed at 6:00pm.Girls hostel closed at 5:15pm . College hostel is so good and food also. The have own Prabhu Ganesh and maa Saraswati temple.

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are good but not great. Th overall performance of students getting placement from every branch course combined is more than seventy percent. But the percentage in branch to branch respective wise is different , as Computer science engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and Electrical Engineering have higher placement rates than any other courses. From Seventh semester students became eligible for sitting in placements. You can say from the start of Fourth year students sit in placements. Many companies visit and offer placements to our students but the big companies are TCS( Tata consultancy services) , Infosys, Adani Limited , Reliance Limited , Tata Power and Co.. The highest package offered to our branch course ( Electrical Engineering ) Is 13 LPA by Tata Power. The percentage of students getting placed by Electrical Engineering is pretty good and is 77%. Overall percentage of students from all branches is 72%. My plans after getting the degree is simple. I am preparing for placements and also for gate exam . I want to give myself a chance . I will try to get a big placement from a big company as I want . If that doesn't go according to my plan I will try to qualify gate exam and will do Masters in Technology in a. Higher Institute.
