A review by a 1st year student

I choosed bcom so that I could pursue some other courses or work part time I am in 1st semester itself so still I need to experience and learn . Weekly tests are taken internal exams tutorial exams and semester end exams

College provide a lot of paid internships without stipend. Wipro and many other companies they hire students after completing a course sold by them. Our college provide internship with stipend too few days ago college provide a opportunity to work at international trade fair

My collegea 1st year fees is ?66800 including admission charge and additional ?750 for form. All the other charges like lab fees , development fees etc are not charged additionally. My College has 3 batches morning, afternoon, evening. The fees for morning batch students are slightly higher. My college provide scholarships to students who scored 90% or above in 12th

The college organises a lot of events but there is a annual college fest which is famous all over Kolkata called umang it is about a 1 week fest different colleges perform and compete I am still trying to socialize

I also applied for thk jain college but I choose bhawanipur over it because there was no means of transport. There was my name in the merit list of thk jain college but I didn't take admission because of the location first of all and the infrastructure

There are enough teachers or faculty members to cover the doubts of students. The teacher even share there personal phone number so that the students could contact the teacher if he/she is stuck in any problem related to studies. There are weekly tests of different subjects

We have sports arena which has a variety of games a huge library and a pure veg cafeteria or canteen and there are a lot of hangout places around my college many cafes , cinema hall, malls , parks and the area is absolutely safe
