Course Curriculum Overview

4

I chose this course because one if my friend suggested me and I like the practical approach of this course. Curriculum is great but. Faculty is not up to mark in preparing students for outside world Practical theory should be added Every year end. Between April to may exams are conducted. Exams are easy to pass. If you focus mainly on way of expressing answers in sheet

Internships Opportunities

4

College provides internship which is linked with hospital but it doesn't provide with any stipend. My project was about prospective study on anaesthesia. Mallareddy narayana hospital provides free internship opportunities for students

Placement Experience

4

From 6 th year students get eligible for placements Mostly apollo, MedPlus are companies. Out of 30 people 2-5 of them gets selected every year It's 10 to 20 percentage gets selected Im planning to takeup any course and focus on specific course

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid yearly 47000 before joining. Students have to pay 47000 every year before reporting every year. Remaining fee waived off by government. Total fee is 115000 out of which government provides 68000. And students have to pay ,47000 every year for 6 years Management quota students fee is very high. It is 13 lakhs for 6 years including donation

Campus Life

4

Annual party is held every year in April. Freshers party are conducted starting of years. Books and journals are available in Library but limited. Faculty mainly uses projectors and computers in teaching methods which is very good. Sports are very less. Rarely they conduct

Admission

I chose this college completed based on reviews which I got from friends, relatives Admission process is easy. Based on EAMCET rank one gets placed Management quota can directly get seat it depends on fee structure

Faculty

4

Faculty and student relations are very good. They will continuous updates you regarding opportunities and which route you have to go after graduation. Some of the faculty even provided internship and job opportunities. Each year 6 subjects are there. And 1 st year , 3 year are difficult years coming to academic when compared with other years. Course curriculum is relevant but few subjects are not related to field

Night Life

4

There is no gym in college.cafeteria is the place most students hangout. Nightlife is great. Most of the snack stalls available at night Inside the college it is ground where we hangout usually..outside of campus. A lake where the atmosphere is awesome.

Course Curriculum Overview:

pharmD is an integrated course, that gives medical and pharmaceutical knowledge, helps you to serve a larger role in the healthcare system, this motivated me to take the course. We often go to hospital rotations where we learn to collect several case reports of patients with their consent. We even do project works, assignments related to the diseases and medication. We work onthe drug intractions within the medications prescribed in the case report. The course seems to be versatile but it has it's own flaws. Like our college fsils to complete the course within time, don't follow almnac. The teaching methods should be improved focussing on the practical training ratger tgan being theortical. The exams should be fixed at a particular date and tge syllabus should be completed within that time preparining students to attempt with ease. The course and the syllabus mentioned in the course are dope and impressive but the implementation shouod be focussed by the individual colleges.

The main reason to choose this course is it holds a doctorate. It is not a semester wise exam type of course the pressure would be 10times more so the level of the paper should be kept less hard to avoid pressure on students
