Placement Experience

After the final semester. Students can apply or get eligible which is 6 th year of college. Apollo and MedPlus are mostly visited companies in our college Out of 100, 20 percent gets places every year Im planning for some good course and to get placed in top mnc

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise college fee is 110000 out of which 83000 is tuition fee. Paid by government in form of scholarship and remaining amount should be paid by student which is 27000. All fees are included in 27000 , my friends of management quota pays 13 lakhs for 6 years. 10 lakhs for fees and 3 lakhs donation. Merit cum fee is based on the EAMCET entrance exam. They are called convenior quota . Student who are willing to pay college fees without having a rank in EAMCET or attempting the entrance can opt for management quota. Goverment provides almost 80 percentage of scholarship for pharm D students. It should be supposed to 90 percentage. My college batchmates ranks starts from 3000 to 15000 and everyone pays same fees for college despite of various ranks. Every year student should pay same amount before starting of college which is around June to July months. For management quota it varies person to person.some paid entire amount before joining some paid every year small amounts in total of 13 lakhs.

Campus Life

4

College infrastructure is bad. But events goes on regularly. Sport events and dance goes regularly. Technology is poor . No proper facility of computers and also projectors . Books and journals are limited. At a time for all students it's not available.

Admission

At the time of college selection I applied for another college based on Google review. But after knowing about by real time people I chose other campus. Admission process is very easy. Based on entrance exam EAMCET. For convenior Management people it's based on fees

Course Curriculum Overview:

pharmD is an integrated course, that gives medical and pharmaceutical knowledge, helps you to serve a larger role in the healthcare system, this motivated me to take the course. We often go to hospital rotations where we learn to collect several case reports of patients with their consent. We even do project works, assignments related to the diseases and medication. We work onthe drug intractions within the medications prescribed in the case report. The course seems to be versatile but it has it's own flaws. Like our college fsils to complete the course within time, don't follow almnac. The teaching methods should be improved focussing on the practical training ratger tgan being theortical. The exams should be fixed at a particular date and tge syllabus should be completed within that time preparining students to attempt with ease. The course and the syllabus mentioned in the course are dope and impressive but the implementation shouod be focussed by the individual colleges.

The main reason to choose this course is it holds a doctorate. It is not a semester wise exam type of course the pressure would be 10times more so the level of the paper should be kept less hard to avoid pressure on students
