A revies of CSMU,navi mumbai

the course is affiliated with the company IBM , although we are given the current up to date knowledge. a part of it goes way with lack of HIGH tech systems and Pc. Because my course is built all around technology and if dont have enough hardware or support and flexibility to carry out our own projects under college name , then it is something i wont opt for. i cant correct and problem but all i can say is that this college is like any other college in terms of studies curriculum and syllabus, nothing too odd.

there is IBM and TCS as affilited companies and many other companies as well. and about stipend, the information is not yet accurate so i think it would be misinformation to state it. we have to do many projects in our course to prove our skills and display them on our CV

campus placement is offered but it is very poor, the average package is about 6LPA , and the lowest is 3 LPA. although i am aiming for outside placement through skill development. from 7th sem students become eligible for campus placement 70% of students get placed. my plans after getting a degree is to get into research in MIT,UK the pay off my student debt as well

my course has an yearly fee of 1,65,000 rupees which for4 complete years will be 6,60,000 there is a sem examination fee of 1000 rupees each semester (6 months} i have hostel fee of 80000 yearls and 4000 mess fee monthly i have opted for EWS scolariship (15%) which gives me yearly 20,000 discount there are more catogories as well, for example SC/ST, OBS, RAILWAY CONCESSION ETC.

there is annual festivals and tech fests , the annual fest/freshers is known as aarambh and the techfest each time has a unique name. the library is filled with books and hugs almirahs of two floors with enough books of every aspect. sports fests happen time to time in forms of events and championships.

the facility is of a three sharing bedroom with a connected bathroom for each room. the meal quality is decent, not too good not too bad either the registration was easy but giving 80000 for a room with sharing is costly and AC 2 sharing rooms cost even upto 1,50,000 if i rented a room or PG the locality would be much much much better but the cost of living will be higher as well

i applied all in CUET colleges, i got selcted for DU,CSMU,and many others. the reason why i opt for this was that i was in merit, getting a scolarship as well as the other colleges game confirmation of seat very late, so as a last resort i opted for this. the admission process of my college was very simple and like any other college admission, the councelled me, they took my documents, the first security fee etc and then i got entrolled

the faculty to student rationmight be 1:40 ( with 1 being student) i like mohit chawda sir of btech , he is responsible for BEE lectures the best faculty are CSE faculty i dont have anyone which i dont like there are 2 internal examinations of each subject and 1 semester exam each sem

the campus has GYM, cafeterias,public grounds adn gardens open till 8pm hostel timings for going out closes at 8 pm unless you have an application for both girls and boys there are not much hangout places but yes there are spots outside college which are open 24/7
