Course Curriculum Overview
As in the world of technology we need to be fluent in it so have to learn how to develop it.Overall the course is good .Sometimes the timing of exams are hasty .By doing this course it also helps in solving real world problems.
Internships Opportunities
Here many companies comes to offer placements internships which gives stipends.IF students have done projects then they are at more advantage in getting internships. We can make projects about real world problems.
Placement Experience
From 7th semester students are eligible for cmapus placements.Before that college provides training how to give interview ,how to go through the process of placements etc.nMany companies like Delloite, Microsoft, JSW like companies come for placements. Almost all students get placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
I paid around Rs 130000 for the tuition fees in first year it increases year by year .As i opt for hostel for 3AC is for Rs 90000 and for 4AC is for 80000 and for mess fees is around 40000 and for non ac is 50000. Caution money is Rs 5000.The development fees ,lab fees are all included in tuition fees. For all categories fee structure is same .The college have scholarship options too.Some of them are SOA Merit scholarship,Government scholarships for SC/ST students like Odisha state scholarships and Post-matric scholarship etc.
Campus Life
In college there are many clubs such as Shristi club for the students intrested in drawing , Danza club for students intrested in western dance , Odanza for classical dance, Robotics club for those who are intrested in robots .Similarly there are clubs for songs , drama , photography etc.
Hostel Facilities
As i m a Hosteller , we have now a 4 bed ac room with a personal cupboard each.They also fitted us the mosquito net in windows . As of mess food it is kind of rare we get good tasty food , most of time we get average food.
Admission
I chose this college as it has good reviews about studies ,placements.Many seniors have passed out from this college have told me to apply here.Here the overall curriculum is good. Here saat exam is held for admission.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is good here.We can reach out to faculties very easily in their free time.There are two types of exams held in the college each semester.One is called midsem which is of 30 marks which is also called internal exam and other one is called external exam which is of 60 marks .
Night Life
For hostellers we can hang out till 7:30 pm after class especially for girls as hotel in timings are 7:30 pm.There is gym also where students can go and do exercise .Cafteria those who want to hangout or eat food etc.
