Course Curriculum Overview

4

I had a keen interest in medicine from my childhood. My grandmother had diabetes and I usually have insulin to her. In initial days I had no idea about the course, campus, syllabus. But after 1 or 2 exam I improved mys6in academics. The teaching method is too good. In entire year we wrote 6 exams . They conduct small tests every month exams will be easy if we know the concept

Fees and Financial Aid

I have paid 150000 fees every year. This is the tuition fees for all students. Exam fees will be taken that is not expensive. College have high infrastructure and facilitaties . Scholarship will be given around 1lakh per year. My batchmates had taken the scholarships. For management seat , fees is 12 lakh for all those who got management seat.

Campus Life

5

They conduct several festivals. Annual festival is very beautifully conducted. For 3 months there will be a fests. Library is very beautiful. We got all books we need .In initial days only they give journals to students. Classroom environment is very good . Technically also good and E- library also available. They conduct annual sports . For every months there will be a competition realated to music, dance, art. Social groups running for academic purposes only

Admission

This college is near to our hometowm .And I liked the infrastructure and all other facilities and campus also I liked .I didn't get any rejections from other college. Through neet, I got selected. Eligibility is to clear the National eligibility cum entrance test. For general category, you should score 590+ for government seat.

Faculty

4

Around 190 students per batch. For one subject, 5 faculties available. And they are very friendly and all have very high knowledge about the subject. And they also support our other hobbies. I like all the facilities. In first year three exams are there and divided into semesters. Exams are easy if we attend every class and revise. Initially it feels like difficult so many will fail .But after 1 exam we have an idea about pattern, concept etc .The couse is satisfactory

Night Life

5

Gym is present near the hostel. Cafeteria and. Canteens are available for all.Library is vast and good . I didn't live in hostel .But my friends felt very good experience in hostel and food. Nearby places are Tyavarekoppa simha dhaama , chitradurga fort, temples in the city.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Same curriculum as the NMC is followed . In the beginning ears there wont be much exposure clinically like any other hospitals later on in 3rd amd 4th year there is more clinical exposure and patient interaction. According to me the exam level of 1st year is a bit tough as it is a changing phase from 12th to college and everything is new later on we get adjusted and find it easy and will understand how to phase the exam and how it is different from the previous exams of 11th or 12th . Only one exam will be for a academic year which includes the whole syllabus of that year
