Likes

Things i liked in my college is it's environment.And college is very spacious.
The faculty is also too good. And they take good care of students and help students in all aspects as per doubts.
The facilties in my college are also good there is good drinking water facility and washroom is also good and rest room is available for girls .

Dislikes

College hostel is not that good and facilities in hostel are average.
The timings of this college is a bit more .

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose CSE aritificial intelligence and machine learning .Its is a specialization in CSE .which is very good course for present time.The exam difficulty level is medium , not too hard and not too east.

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Hackathon internship is conducted for 3rd year . and salesforce internship is also conducted for 4th year students . During tech fest so many students participated and and show cased their projects.Many more internships are conducted.

Placement Experience

From 4th year 1st semester students are eligible for placements . Highly reputed companies like Accenture , infosys, TCS etc have visited . They offered job to many students. Highest package is 14LPA and average package is 4LPA. More than 70% of students gets placed every year.My plan is to get a placement in campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

The year-wise tuition fee for B.Tech is 50,000/- per year. I am eligible for 100% scholarship. CRT fee is 5000/- and uniform fee is 5000/-. My friend is accomodating in College hostel and Hostel fee is 45,000/- per year.

Campus Life

Mostly every festival is celebrated in our college before day like Sankranthi, Dussehra etc. Tech fest is also organized in our college in national level . Students from different colleges also participated in Tech fest. Every class have one sport period and one NCC/NSS period per week.

Admission

I applied to many local colleges in Visakhapatnam local but my first priority was Avanthi.I applied to Sitam , Miracle , etc . But Avanthi college is near to highway which is very profitable for transport.

Faculty

Faculty student relationship is too good in this college. Faculty is very friendly . Faculty is reachable to students in any situation. Two mids are conducted each year and after that semester exams are conducted . Pass percentage is very high compared to other colleges.

Night Life

2 canteens are there in this college. They provide all types of snacks . Library is well oraganized with So many books.Campus timings are 9:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. My favourite hangout place near this college is Divis beach and Bheemili beach which are 15minutes away from my college.

Good college with proper management

Placement Experience:

The placments are not good for this collges because it doesnt have any better managment for placments. from 7th semester majot placments starts. the companies visited are HCL,TCS, infosys,flipkart and so on. The highest pachage i heared is 5 lakhs and lowest is 2.5 LPA the percentage of students are getting placed is less due to lack of skills.My plan is to secure job from good company.

In the recent passed out batch i.e., 2019-2033 batch, we got nearly 1300 placements in our college for all branches. Our Dean sir provides us with so many interships and job offers from 2-2 onwards. Not only interships and jobs, we are also provided with so many courses in emerging technologies like AI, ML, cloud computing, data analytics, and data science. Not only for computer-aided branches but also for core branches we are getting so many placements. We got 1800 offers for the recently passed out batch.

In the fifth semester, students are selected for campus placements. Companies are HCL, TVS, TCL, Microsoft company etc. I visited the HCL company. HCL company offered me 7 years agreement. Eighty per cent is compulsory to get placement at campus selection.

College life is most memorable

Placement Experience:

You can't expect any on-campus jobs here, the placement levels are very low. Only start-ups and local companies visit here however you can try different off-campus jobs. The highest off-campus package is 12 LPA and here the percentage of placements is too low as it is a tier 3 college. So I recommend if you choose your career or expect a high package, then this will be not for you.
