If I was really trapped in college

So what influenced me to choose this course was it's diversity. After your course you have a lot of opportunities. The curriculum is good that it takes us through every part of the world applications. The first two years you are not learning medicines but chemistry and knowledge of our body and its actions. We feels like the exams are coming as if we get peanuts from snickers.

We have a six month internship, we can choose any area that we want to work later and get the intership certificate. You can also work in govt sectors , pharmacies, industries, hospitals. The project is to have a social interaction and better knowledge about the people .

iam a 2 nd year B pharm student at Al shifa college of pharmacy. The tution fee for first academic year was 1.25 lakhs and for second year it was 1.32 lakhs. Everyone has the same fee structure except for NRI students and SC STs . There is no extra lab fees , to complete the course you many need an approx of 6 lakhs.The college provides various scholarships if scoring 80% in the university exam you just need to pay half of the fees. If scoring between 75-80 you avail a scholarship of rupees ten thousand. These are the scholarship provided by the college and there many govt scholarships like central sector ,merit cum need , Pragati etc. are available

Th overall campus life is not as we expected but it provides us various programmes and activities. We have arts,sports, college day, christmas celebration, onam, eid,ifthar food festand various lectures by prominent personalities ,there are wide range of books at library and you have wide access, classrooms are provided with projector for ppt presentation

I chose this college over the others was because this one of the best colleges in my city . I had applied in another college in the same city but one of cousins said this college is best. You can enter the the college in merit by clearing keam exam or by recommendation.

There are many faculties in our college . Each faculty contain atleast 15 members . All the faculties are approachable, we can go there and ask any doubts at any time they don't hesitate to give the response. There is no one faculty that I like the most because all are approachable there is dept of pharmacology, pharmacognosy, pharmaceutics , pharmacy practice pharmaceutical chemistry etc all are approachable. The university exams are semester vise and you will have 2 internal exam between that . Exams are not so easy unless you study well. Most of the students passes but there are few who can't make it up. If you can't make an average in the internal exam you won't be able to write university exams.

We have a gym at the college itself it can be used after the college hour, the hostel is within the campus we just need to walk , we have to college at 9 am at hostel at 4:30 pm . The locality is safe we have cafeteria around college
