good supporting lecturers and the principal. they are supportive to almost everything. even the director is a very soft person. lift facility is worst where there is timing to lift. if you miss the timing you have to climb 5 floors by steps. hostel Facility need to be changed with quality. syllabus need to be upgraded

the syllabus is too old for present generation. most of the chapters are very basic and related to construction of building during 2000. the update of syllabus is not enough to present condition. 2-3 subjects out of 6 will be usefull in a semester.

they provide 45 days time to do our internship which is after completion of 4th semester. during the 4th semester holidays we have to complete our internship. they gave a letter which is a recommendation letter from college which student has to collect and need to find their own companies anywhere in the world and need to comeback with internship completion certificate in the end. stipend is completely depend on the company you work in. there is no compulsory payment restriction.

there is no campus selection. you have to do well in your internship and you eed to get good impression out there so that they offer you job when you finish yor course. it is a professional course so you can start your own company after course completion. or can get job as designer or site supervisor in any construction company. there is better chance when you software's like autocad, sketchup and 3ds max.

freshers day in the beginning which is combined with cabinet union inauguration. later followed by krishna janmastami celebration and onam celebration. later there will be a inter college competition and sports day. then college day in the month of January. Christmas and iftar if requested by students.

45,000 - 60,000. Rs.5,000 extra for NRI other then college fee you have to pay for amounts for all additional college festival celebration excluding college day and sports day. and also have to buy extra items which are related to practical subjects.

you can apply for student loan which is a long process where you have to visit college administrative office and bank many times. there will be a scholership provided by government which are announced in college where student need to ask and apply by themselves.

inter college competitions, krishna janmastami, onam, Christmas and iftar are held if the final years are ready to take responsibility. all the extracurricular will be supported only if previous programs went well without any problems.

they charge RS.66,000 per year and 10 % hike every year. the food will be good in first 2 months then the quality decreases. the facilities given in hostels are bare minimum. most of the students prefer PG and rented flats rather then hostels.

there is nothing as reunion day or anything. but the students are always welcomed in college and treated good by both lecturer and students. they are welcomed to all college related programs. the seniors are very friendly and ready to help most of the time due to programs conducted during college.

there will be six semester exams one is every six months. they also have 2 internals in each semester. 5th and 6th semester has a exams related to your internship and the projects you did which carries 300 marks in both the semester. each semester has theory and practical exams. practical exams are followed by viva.

you have to meet the director and you have to talk to him and observes you and see your obtained marks in previous exams and later he sends you to the admission office. in office you have to fill admission order and pay the fees for one semester or whole year.

faculty has lack of experience (expect two) rest are old students of same college. even though they have knowledge the syllabus is too old and which is absolutely useless. they come to class at proper time to teach but the students fail to each in time
