I liked how deeply they dig into each subjects and helped us improve the knowledge
I liked how industry oriented this particular degree was.... through internships and site visits they've helped gain more exposure to the field
I liked how this educational institution improved our creative skills through their well curated curriculum

Dislikes

For someone who's looking for a great college ambience and vibe .. I'll not suggest the college
This college doesn't have a proper seminar hall or auditorium
Some of the professers are not that great at teaching and making us understand the topics

Tution fees details for bachelors of science In interior designing and decoration at shree devi College of interior designing, Mangalore University: Six semesters in total for three years, 58,000 per semester is the tution fee. Yearly two semesters will be there and a total of 1,16,000 to be paid for every three years as tution fees. Which is 3,48,000 in total

Campus Life

Shree devi College of interior designing doesn't provide that much of a campus life as it has no proper buildings or campus area at all..so if you're someone to want a great campus life along with your degree please opt for other better options

Along with applying in shree devi College of interior designing, Mangalore University , I've applied for the same course which is BSC in interior designing and decoration even in other colleges in Mangalore itself..one of it was srinivas college of designing..but shree devi was the more reputed one

Faculty

I've had my three good years in shree devi College of interior designing doing my bachelor's degree in bsc. Interior designing and decoration and I can say that I'm not a great fan of the faculties in there..

Life at rv university

Course Curriculum Overview:

We have really packed timings. We also have a lot of chances. Like an exchange program, internships and many chances to act or work in actual projects. I really hope they could teach us animation in the course and it would really help if the clubs are active. For every exam we have to come up with something new totally out of the box. sometimes we also have to work overtime.

Campus placement is available and the average package is about 7 lakhs and the highest package is about 30 lakhs. Because the university is new there is only a master's degree batch that has been passed out. There is about 90% placement.

Ab overview of life at NIFT Bangalore

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after their graduation project in the 8th semester which is the 4th year. A good number of companies around 8-10 come for the campus placements. The minimum package starts from 6 lakhs and can go up to 20 lakhs per annum. Almost 70% of the students get an on campus placement. Some get an off campus placement as well. My plans after getting the degree is to pursue masters in my field.

Course Curriculum Overview:

All subject professors are well qualified and experienced faculty and very friendly approach and guide us till we complete our course with good knowledge and give us best guidance for career in future and exams are conducted on mentioned time with very strict rules. It was little difficult but the teaching method helped to go through exams and get gud marks. Negative is only the extra charged v have to spend for projects and other rather than our yearly fee. Rest all gud.

About college life

College is in the city close to most of the luxury facilities,the college teaching is average, college does not provide hostel or PG facility for outstation student ,college has a good heritage of coming first from the past 6 years from Mangalore university which determines the result and the quality teaching provided when compared to another college which provide this course in Managalore....Read More
